Beautiful bright apartment, approx. 100 square meters, is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful country villa. The separate entrance is accessible via an external staircase. Large hallway with dining table, 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower room and terrace. Optimal transport connections, 3 minutes to the Kerpen A4/A61 highway junction, Cologne West with shopping center in about 12 minutes. Phantasialand Brühl is about 15 minutes., Brühler Schloss [Brühl Castle] in about 20 minutes, S-Bahn connection in the neighboring village, about 20 minutes to Cologne main station.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Small cottage with 2 rooms

The cottage, which is separate from our house (we live on the same property), consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room with a small couch, which is not suitable for sleeping, and a dining table, there is also a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160 x 200 in size. The shower room connects the two rooms. A parking space is right in front of the cottage.
