Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, one bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.

The flat is on the second floor in our house. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.

Centrally located yet quiet, furnished with a lot of love for detail and pleasantly cozy – ideal for arriving and relaxing. The historic Augustusburg Castle, the train station and the city center with numerous shops, bars and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk.

Small cottage with 2 rooms

The cottage independent of our house (we live on the same property) consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room with a small couch and dining table there is also a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160 x 200 in size. The shower room is a connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
