Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The cottage, which is separate from our house (we live on the same property), consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room with a small couch, which is not suitable for sleeping, and a dining table, there is also a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160 x 200 in size. The shower room connects the two rooms. A parking space is right in front of the cottage.
