Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The flat is on the second floor in our house. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.

The cottage, which is separate from our house (we live on the same property), consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room with a small couch, which is not suitable for sleeping, and a dining table, there is also a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160 x 200 in size. The shower room connects the two rooms. A parking space is right in front of the cottage.
