Vacation rentals with a patio in Erewash District

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

Just had an amazing three night stay in The Loft. Easy check in with great communication. Place was spotless and so peaceful. Walks right from the doorstep which was perfect for us and the Manifold Inn an easy 20min walk on quiet country lane. Food was delicious. Highly recommend a stay here and would love to return. Keep up the good work. :)

Perfect 2 bed flat just outside Nottingham. It is lovely and clean and really well decorated. Great kitchen and brilliant outside space too. Asta was really responsive and super helpful! All in all, a brilliant stay!

Steve the host is always available and answered any questions very quickly. The flat was very clean and everything described as it was. Location was as we wanted close to restaurants and bars everything within walking distance. As it says it next door to a bar (cocktail bar) and is loud but we was fine with that.

Lesley’s place is perfect for a getaway in the High Peaks. It’s clean and comfortable and has all the amenities required. The shower pressure is good and the kitchen is a nice space to cook in. Check-in and out was smooth with really clear instructions. Best of all, Lesley is so friendly with local recommendations and is very responsive if anything is needed. I was staying with my father so I slept on the couch while he took the bedroom and it’s definitely comfortable enough to sleep on. Lesley provided extra linen for this. We were there during very hot days and Lesley put in an extra fan and did everything she could to keep us cool. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. My children and I loved staying here for a few days. Such a beautiful location in the country. Very peaceful and we spotted lots of bunny rabbits from the lounge. Elise and her family were brilliant hosts. Very welcoming and engaging with my daughter who took a shine to their dog Koa. Very well equipped house and the kids made their way through all the biscuits! We would love to come back some day. Highly recommend if you are wanting peace and quiet.

Brilliant stay in Nottingham. House was extremely clean and well presented, the hosts were helpful and supportive. We had a great time!

Pigeon Loft Cottage was just as described, a very cute and cosy home away from home. The cottage was very easy to find following Susie’s directions and there is ample parking at the property as well as around the area. The check in was delayed by an hour or so due to us booking an extra night but Susie was extremely apologetic and did her best to get the cottage ready as quick as she could and allowed us to leave our shopping in the fridge during. Although she was trying to get it ready quickly, the cottage was still very clean and tidy when we did check in. The rest of the trip was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay :)

This is an absolute gem of a house. beautifully decorated, wood floors, great kitchen. Like a country cottage. Gillian is an absolute pleasure to deal with. the location is fantastic, less than 10.mins to the shopping centre in town, but loads of local pubs too. 2 mins walk from the train station. Highly, Highly recommended.

Amazing little place to stay if you’re around Donington or Derby for the weekend. Clean, modern and tidy with a good bus link to the city centre. Just note the entrance to the driveway is a little steep.

Great amenities and very homey. Good standard of items for the little one (cot and highchair). Comfortable beds, in close proximity to Bakewell

An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Lovely little last minute get away with 2 dogs and a baby. Both hosts lovely and so friendly. Really nice environment, will definately be back again

whoaw. What an incredible place to stay. Stunning cottage in an absolutely gorgeous setting with easy acces to many walks and places to visit. Spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch equipment with extra bonus of fridge and freezer. Jasper our dog was very well looked after and even Paula looked after him whilst we visited Chatsworth house. I loved the alpacas and their cute little voices. This little gem is a must if you vist the Peak District. one of the best if not the best Air B and B. we stayed in and we have been to many. Thanks Paula and Rob for looking after us. We didn't want to leave.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!
