Perfect 2 bed flat just outside Nottingham. It is lovely and clean and really well decorated. Great kitchen and brilliant outside space too. Asta was really responsive and super helpful! All in all, a brilliant stay!

Steve the host is always available and answered any questions very quickly. The flat was very clean and everything described as it was. Location was as we wanted close to restaurants and bars everything within walking distance. As it says it next door to a bar (cocktail bar) and is loud but we was fine with that.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, relaxing stay.

Couldn't recommend this more, it was exactly what we were hoping for! The whole place was tastefully appointed, spotless, organised and spacious - and with a lovely view of the city to boot. I've never used the keyless entry method utilised here before, but it was seamless and quite impressive! Big recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the city.

The apartment is very new, clean, well equipped and perfect for anyone visiting family in the area. Very private for sharers with two bathrooms off the bedrooms. Lovely river views and very quiet for a good nights sleep. The coffee machine with lots of pods was a lovely touch. Christopher was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us, would absolutely stay again.

Jodi’s place was so lovely- we had a really nice stay in this cosy little hayloft! It was a great base for us between the activities we had planned over the weekend, and a really nice environment to relax in in the evenings. There was just enough space for 3 of us. The bathroom had everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shower gel, towels, hand lotion) and the kitchen had tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, and even a bottle of milk and a couple of sweet treats, which we really appreciated. Jodi’s instructions were sent in one message a couple of days before we checked in and included everything we needed so we were really confident in exactly what we needed to do when we arrived. Thank you!

Great location and comfy apartment and thoughtful that they had put fresh milk in the fridge and provided cereal and tea. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.

Belinda’s flat is absolutely lovely. Very peaceful, neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, it’s a lovely residential street. 5 mins from bus stop, easy buses into city and beyond. Car parking, permit from Belinda, parked right outside, no problem at all. Clear guides for the heating, waste etc, which is always helpful. Belinda left a welcome pack of provisions that I hardly made a dent in during my 3 night stay. It was very handy as I never had to go to the shops. Had 3 of the best night sleeps for a long while, comfortable bed and really nice pillows, not the usual “bricks”. Never got to meet Belinda unfortunately, I was out all day at the cricket. But she had messaged me with her mobile in case I needed anything. The perfect host. I would definitely stay again if ever back in Nottingham and, would certainly recommend Belinda’s flat.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the city centre. It was a joy to come back to such a welcoming and well-kept space each day. The host’s communication was brilliant throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

The host was very responsive and arranged an early check in as I arrived to the destination early. He was very responsive and provides clear instructions. The room was very spacious and had all amenities including a washing machine. Overall really great experience and will definitely come again!

Studio was clean and spacious and quiet, with everything needed re kitchen equipment, hairdryer, etc. Easy to access via locksafe at the front door. Andy and Juvy communicated well with instructions by message/email. The studio was 15 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from my conference venue, so very convenient. And Tesco Express a few doors down for essentials.

A wonderful apartment. Quality decoration, furnishings, equipment and fittings. Additional welcome touches with both essential supplies and extra goodies. Very clean. Proactive and attentive communication from Pippa. All created a very welcoming and comfortable stay. Just perfect.

Sandy is a great host and his studio is perfectly positioned for the city centre. Short walk and you have everything you need. His communication is spot on also. If i plan a derby trip again Il most likely check availability of Sandy studio. Can’t say more than that. Top notch Sandy. Cheers again

We had a fantastic overnight stay at Narcisa’s place whilst visiting my daughter who is at Uni in Nottingham. We have stayed in a few Airbnb’s around the Nottingham area and I have to say this is by far the best we found … in fact I wish we’d found it earlier and not a few months in advance of her graduation! 🤦🏻‍♂️ The accommodation is a self contained unit attached to Narcisa’s house and is amazing! It defo felt like a home from home! It has everything you need for a great stay and is easily within walking distance of the great bars and restaurants in West Bridgford, the City Ground if you are heading to the football at Forest or to watch the cricket at Trent Bridge. We liked it so much we’ve got another booking in for July! Thanks for everything Narcisa 👍🏼

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

We had a wonderful experience, everything was WOW! From the quirky lift to the FAB art, superbly spacious bed, the coolest shower. We rented for a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th. She thought it an incredible space. Chic, very cool and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. We’re now looking for an excuse to go again! Thanks Rafaelle and team for helping to make my daughters birthday one to remember!

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.

Had an amazing few nights at the Heathcote Hideaway. We’ve stayed in some beautiful places before but nothing comes close to here ! The cottage was absolutely pristine, had everything you could ever need, with some lovely home touches. Such peaceful surroundings and a stunning view from the hot tub. Thank-you for our stay, we hope to return !
