The walking distance to the ships was 4-5 minutes, most importantly, very close to the sea. The apartment was very clean, in short, everything was as advertised. It was very close to the apartment, which is located on a traffic-free street, where we would park our car. We had a holiday on a cute street away from the sounds of cars that are very nice to be closed to traffic

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us. Just a 10 min walk down to the ferry port, so a bit away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk down. The apartment was as described. Nice and clean with all the basics you will need for your stay. It has two lovely balconies, one front, one back with beautiful views as you are right on the coast line. We enjoyed gazing at many stunning sunsets over the sea. Cihan was an excellent host. Always around to help with anything we might need. Friendly and accommodating he really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. There is a lovely beach bar just below with a nice stretch of beach to enjoy and swim in the beautiful sea. Highly recommend this airbnb!

Overall, we were satisfied with the house and the communication with the host. They were helpful to provide our needs. They were open to communication. The location of the house was very good, away from other crowds and sounds but also close to everything. There is also an area right in front of the house where you can swim in the sea, it was calmer and there were few people. I think it was the best part of this house. If we go to Avşa again, we would like to stay in the same place. They came to get it by car to reach the house, and we would also like to thank you for that. There were just a few issues that were at a disadvantage for us. The washing machine was on the ground floor of the house and reserved for common use. Since we were on the top floor it was difficult to get down to the laundry toss. The vacuum cleaner was also shared, just so you know. It could have been better if the houses were in themselves. We couldn't see the iron either, but if we asked, Mr. Cihan and his wife would definitely help. There is no air conditioning in the house, the upper floors are airy at certain times of the day. Even though we arrived on the island late, they introduced the island and were very interested. They made it easy for us to come to the island and to our return. We stayed on the terrace floor. It was a great house, a great view and a very safe neighborhood. It was a house very close to the center and the sea. We are leaving the house very much willing to come back:)

Göksel Bey's communication and approach with us was quite good, and he even drove us from the pier to the house to the pier with his own vehicle. She provided descriptive recommendations and advice on everything. Really friendly person, we all felt like we were friends. The house smelled of cleanliness when we arrived. We did not have any problems with cleanliness, there were every cleaning tool we needed. There were no missing supplies in the kitchen. Everything was easily accessible. We used all the amenities offered and were very satisfied. There was nothing broken. The beds were clean and laid back. The sheets, pillow cases and quilts were always backed up. It was 10 minutes away from the beaches and the grocery store in terms of location. We came without a car, but we had no difficulty at all. It was in a quiet location away from the crowds of the center. After the stay, he asked questions in order to improve the house and eliminate its deficiencies. Looking forward to coming back!

The house was spotless and tidy. I spent 2 nights. There are appliances in the kitchen to meet all your needs, the bathroom was spotless. It smelled good from the linens. A place to feel cozy and comfortable like your home. The view of the house was very nice, you can watch the sea, the market and the restaurant were as close to the walking distance as you can reach your needs in a short time. Host was overly interested. She responded quickly and politely to our questions. We will choose it again.
