The cottage is located on the first floor of a newly renovated stone farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet. The entrance is independent (access via an external staircase). You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house.

Furnished and equipped fully renovated 25 m2 studio on the ground floor of a residential house with a separate entrance and a small terrace. Full kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishes. Night area with 160*200 wardrobe bed, TV, sofa and coffee table. Bathroom with shower. Close to the Voie Verte and the banks of the Vilaine. Located in the Port de Guipry neighborhood. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket close by.

Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

The accommodation is located in the heart of a suckler cow farm. We also have a rooster, horses and dogs. It will be possible to visit it (depending on our availability). In the countryside, come and enjoy a whole place, for 6 people, fully equipped. Possibility to cycle or walk and enjoy the natural setting. We are ideally located for visiting Brittany: 1.5 hours to the north coast, the south coast and the Brocéliande Forest.
