Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Eraclea Mare

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Ivan was an amazing host. Had everything we needed for the night stay. 3 rooms for my clan of 7. kitchen was cramped but the bedrooms were nice. the bathrooms were a little cramped as well but we made do. everyone had plenty of space. he even had coffee tea and treats for the kids!!! the showers even had shampoo conditioner and soap!!! when we're back in Venice we will be staying again! the kids didn't want to leave and head to Florence.

The view from the bedroom is unbelievable and spectacular and we never wanted to leave. We had the best experience here and we cannot wait to return. It was peaceful and quiet in Giudecca and a very easy 3 minute boat ride across to the main island. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and it was lovely having Ima meet us at the boat ramp when we arrived. Our hosts were responsive and kind and Venice will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

Excellent communication with the host. Chiara provided lots of recommendations on what to do and where to eat without me asking. Shout out also to Julia who helped us during checkin and checkout and called me immediately to let me know that I have left my shoulder bag with some valuables!

We had a great stay here - being on the canal and watching the gondolas and boats drive by was very neat. The apartment was clean and in a great location. Marco was very responsive, and it was very helpful to be able to book a private taxi through him. Sara, the woman who escorted us to the apartment, was very kind, and she had a google map of restaurant recommendations that we used throughout our trip and loved.

We had a great time at this apartment in Venice. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly located, and really well-equipped, it has all the necessary amenities, including a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The bus stop to get to Venice is a minute's walk, which makes it much easier to get around. The host was always available, very kind and extremely flexible, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Venice in the best possible conditions!

Great stay. Super well located, near everything but in a peaceful surrounding, away from the intense activity of the center. We loved the place, very well decorated. Mirco provided lots of local recommendations, very useful. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggsge before check in. We loved it!

This was a fantastic property! The area is very clean and walkable to great food, wine and water bus stations. The apartment was very clean, Valentina was great!!!! An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

We spent 3 nights in Barbara's very tastefully decorated Apartment. We were personally welcomed by Angela who takes perfectly care of everything. The house is in a very typical venetian neighbourhood, with lovely osterias, cafes where you can enjoy a nice meal or a campari soda. although its only a 10 minutes walk to the very heart of venice, to the museums etc. it is a quiete place offering good sleep! We highly recommend this authentic house/Apartment and hope to have soon more time for Venice.

Alessandro is an excellent host - friendly, a good communicator with plenty of local tips. The apartment was wonderful - the air con was much needed and he thoughtfully provided water, juice and everything we needed for breakfast. Would totally recommend!

We loved staying there. It was super close to the train station to Venice. It was beautiful, clean and super quiet. It had everything we needed, and lots of space! I would definitely recommend Manuela’s place if you’re looking to go to Venice, but you want somewhere a little quieter and out of the way!

Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. During our stay we visited Venice, Bolzano, Belluno, Asolo, Vichenza and Padua. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay! Thanks Monica!

Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin

The apartment is amazing. I think it's even better than what the pictures. It has everything that we needed during the stay, even mosquito repellant. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the basic ingredientes, coffee, etc... The room was very clean and also very clean linens, which is something that we appreciate when we travel. The parking of the lot is very convenient for an area with very complicated public parking space. The location was good, very near to everything. All in all, we were super satisfied with the apartment and with the service of our host Fabiola. Amazing!
