Another lovely stray at Jans - we really like. Reginald lodge and always feel right at home there. It’s peaceful and has lovely views which makes you feel immediately relaxed ! Great if you want a holiday in Kent as it’s with in easy reach of various activities and many places to visit. Also very dog friendly and great value for money - we’d fully recommend to anyone

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

We lovely Rebecca place. Calming and airy decor made us feel relax and at home. We had everything we needed. It was a perfect fit for our group of three generations of women. Beautifully appointed rooms one for each of us and so many lovely spaces with room to relax as a group or have some personal space. The outdoor areas, especially on the riverside were magical watching the swans glide by. If you’re considering this accommodation, you won’t be disappointed. Communication was also fantastic :-)

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Dom’s place. The location is perfect for a couple of days’ break from London, especially if - like us - you don’t drive; it is just a short distance from the station and for a 40 minute journey from zone 1, feels a world away. Dom was very accommodating, especially as we brought our 3 month old baby. The baby enjoyed his first ever swim in the lovely warm pool! And the rest of the amenities/ the hut itself are equally excellent. Would also highly recommend a trip to the Samuel Palmer pub for a pint of locally brewed ale, and the Mount Vineyard for some excellent wines, both of which are a short walk from the hut. Would definitely stay again, thanks Dom!

We loved it - we had high expectations from all the glowing reviews and they were still exceeded. Our 5 and 7 year olds were delighted with a tennis court and mini football pitch as our backyard. The heated outdoor pool overlooking gorgeous countryside is amazing and we loved seeing the pigs, gathering eggs in the morning and taking a long country walk to the pub. Will and Rachel are perfect hosts - incredibly welcoming and generous, not at all intrusive but always on hand if you need anything. The nearby village is lovely and there are so many things to do in the area. Absolutely would love to come back!

We loved our stay at Fleur’s - we were going to a concert at Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium and this is a great location for that. The apartment is cosy, warm and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and we especially appreciated the little extra touches like having supplies there for tea/coffee and toast! Fleur was very proactive and friendly, check in instructions were clear and easy to follow - thanks very much for having us!

Beautiful Lodge and great hosts with excellent communication. The treats awaiting our arrival was an added bonus also! Amazing bed with Comfy pillows also, will definitely visit again sometime :) Thank you!

Just had a lovely stay at David's apartment. Loved the place itself, very clean, great amenities and cool decor. Also really quiet in a nice neighbourhood (just check on parking - it's on-street, not on-premises, and only free after 5.30pm). Met David when we checked in (lovely guy) and his communications pre and post-stay were brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

My wife, small dog and myself had a long stay in this wonderful flat in Wanstead. We felt right at home with all the amenities you would expect and some nice luxury touches to make it feel extra special. The property was well presented and thoroughly clean throughout. The host Charlotte was super helpful and friendly and we communicated throughout the stay, zero issues and was great to deal with such lovely people. We loved the area of Wanstead village, the property is literally on the High St where there are a plethora of good shops and amazing local restaurants to try out. Lovely walks nearby to explore nature. A highlight for us was private parking as we had our vehicle with us, the forecourt was spacious and made it very convenient to come and go. Very close to 2 tube stations on the Central line which makes getting into central London a breeze. Would highly recommend this property and the hosts, A+ experience. Would definitely stay again.

A great venue - hosted a large group with ease, Kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home, Greeted on arrival and given a quick tour so no concerns how anything worked and very comfortable. I would stay here again :)

We stayed with Rachel for 2 nights in May 2025. Rachel and Andrew are super friendly, straightforward and helpful. The property is within walking distance of Wood Street Station, which connects to central London in 20 minutes. The apartment is clean, cozy and has a kitchen and bathroom. Absolute recommendation!
