In the heart of vibrant Bermondsey Village, moments from London Bridge, Tower Bridge & The City, my apartment is fully furnished with spectacular views of London & perfectly located to visit London on business or pleasure. On the top floor of a private, peaceful, gated community of Grade II listed & contemporary buildings dating back 200 years, my home has a comfortable lounge diner, fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom, en suite bathroom & west facing balcony for sunny afternoons & sunsets.

Situated in Peldon village, recently named as "the village of the year", 4 miles away from the beach where you can take nice long walks along the coastline.

A self contained cottage with the use of a Tennis Court and a beautiful private walled garden which is accessed through patio doors from the living space. It’s set in unspoilt peaceful countryside yet only a 5 minute drive into Stock Village with its four outstanding pubs, cafe and Greenwood’s Hotel and Spa. There are two local pubs in West Hanningfield one of which is within walking distance. The vibrant Chelmsford City Centre is only a 10 minute drive. The cottage entry is via a lock box.

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.
