Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Épinay-sous-Sénart

Dobrý den a děkuji za pobyt strávil jsem jen pres noc, ale vše bylo v pořádku. Drobnou nesrovnalost jste vyřešil do 10 minut k me dostačující spokojenosti. Vřele doporučuji diky David.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Première expérience sur Airbnb, que je ne regrette absolument pas. Notre hôte s’est montrer disponible durant toute la durée du séjour. Nous étions très touché et satisfait de l’accueil qu’on nous as réservée. La chambre parentale est magnifique donnant sur une ouverture baie vitré magnifique. Les salles de bains sont très design et moderne. La salle de cinéma mes enfants ont adorés. Viens s’ajouter à cela le jacuzzi pour un moment de détente. Nous avons bien profité. Merci encore à la personne qui nous as loué son bien. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr et certains. À bientôt

Wir waren hier, um in Paris an einer Tagung teilzunehmen. Die Wohnung ist ein Annex des Hauses des Vermieters auf einem großen grünen Grundstück. Man ist sehr ungestört, kann auch sehr schön draußen sitzen, wie man es von einer Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris kaum erwartet. Es ist auch ein großer Unterschied zum Bahnhofsviertel von Sucy; dieses Grundstück liegt wirklich am Rand und ist nach draußen so abgeschlossen, dass man keine Straße hört. Zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dort ist man in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris. Im Inneren der Wohnung ist alles so, dass es für zwei Personen geeignet ist; für den Kaffee haben wir eine Espressokanne für den Induktionsherd mitgebracht und die vorhandene Maschine nicht genutzt (ich schreibe das, weil es für mich immer ein wichtiges Thema ist).

Un immense merci à Frédéric et Josette pour leur accueil chaleureux et attentionné dans leur magnifique chalet. Nous avons été enchantés par leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et l’ambiance conviviale qu’ils ont su créer. Leur chalet est un véritable havre de paix, et nous avons passé un séjour mémorable grâce à eux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

K&K sont des personnes à la hauteur de leur logement! Ils sont et proposent tout ce qu’on peut espérer et au-delà ! Tout a été déjà dit en commentaire sur le logement. Quant à eux; ils sont vraiment chaleureux, agréables et profondément humains et ça mais qu est ce que ça n’a pas de prix! On reviendra sans aucun doute !

Logement agréable, bien équipé et bien situé. Stéphane est très réactif, je recommande vivement ce logement !

Wir (2 Personen) hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt (4 Tage). Es war war alles wie beschrieben und wir können eine Weiterempfehlung geben.

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

Le séjour s’est super bien passé ! Le logement était conforme à la description, propre, confortable. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite du début à la fin : réactive, disponible et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Jolie petit studio, au calme, place de parking face au studio, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, idéalement situé. petite terrasse agréable.

We are a family with 2 kids and we visited Paris during the winter break. Anthony's place was exactly what we needed : first of all, very close to RER station. 5-7 min away from RER D South; if you catch the rapid train, in 20 min you arrive in Paris. Close to the train station there was a Franprix supermarket, very convenient. Two boulangeries very close, restaurants with various specific that we loved. The place was very clean; the apartment is decorated very fain and lovely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook the dinner for kids. We felt we discovered a piece of Paris with this lovely decorated apartment. Thank you Anthony for having us ! laura

El departamento es cómodo y funcional. Está cerca de un supermercado muy completo y de la estación Montgeron-Crosne. Los anfitriones son muy atentos, siempre diapuestos a solucionar cualquier duda y hasta nos dejaron unas cerezas riquísimas. Nos dijeron "siéntanse como en su casa" y así nos sentimos. Super recomendable.

Reda is a very friendly host, helped us out with SIM cards when we arrived. He is always responsive. The place is very clean and great supplies in the kitchen. Thumbs up!

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung in der Unterkunft bei Sanaa in Créteil! Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Sanaa achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit und Komfort, was man sofort beim Betreten merkt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit: Während unseres Aufenthalts war es draußen sehr warm, und Sanaa hat uns ohne zu zögern einen Ventilator besorgt und persönlich vorbeigebracht – das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und zeigt, wie sehr ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen fünf Sterne sind absolut verdient! Wer eine zuverlässige, saubere und herzlich betreute Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Entre deux maisons, j'ai vécu 2 mois chez Lénaïk et Jean-Luc, dans un quartier que je connais bien. Le studio est parfaitement équipé, très bien situé, à pied du RER et du centre tout en étant au calme. Très agréable à vivre, un vrai petite cocon, à tel point que j'ai eu de la peine à le quitter. Les hôtes sont adorables. Pouvoir garer son véhicule dans la cour est un plus indéniable. Merci !!!

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Logement conforme à la description et aux photos. Bien équipé et agréable. A quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Massy, très pratique.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war top. Bis in die Innenstadt kann man ca. 40min einplanen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
