Facing the sea, perched on a beach of rare natural beauty, bordered by a small dune of fine sand and a pine forest, this cozy little nest, bathed in light, offers you an exceptional feeling of immersion with the elements. Just a 10-minute walk from the city center, you can enjoy the charms of Meschers and discover the treasures of the Charente Maritime, such as the caves of Regulus and the classified village of Talmont.

In the town of Epargnes, 15 min from the beaches of St Georges and Royan, 10 min from Meschers and Talmond. Our vacation rental combines the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the necessary furniture for relaxation! We also offer a 10.5 m x 4.5 m pool, covered and heated according to the season (May/September, consult us). Buoys and bath games available. Linens and towels are not provided. July/August exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

There's a hot tub on the terrace. Côte & Lodge is located in Talais on the west coast in Gironde between ocean and estuary near Soulac-sur-Mer

You'll love this unique and romantic getaway. Built around 1880 on the site of an old 18th century mill, the Magimar Tower is neo-medieval in inspiration. Built in cut stone, it includes a basement converted into a bathroom, a ground floor equipped for breakfast, a bedroom floor with vault and a panoramic terrace with a view (360°) of the Gironde estuary. The building is flanked to the northwest by a watchtower that houses a spiral staircase.

It has a garden with swimming pool and a summer kitchen with plancha. Close to the Gironde estuary and its charming villages, the seaside resort of Royan (25 km), Saintes and its architectural heritage, discover this house completely restored in 2020. Great for families or groups of friends!
