Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Épagny, Épagny-Metz-Tessy

The accommodation was exactly as described with the addition of fans in each bedroom, very useful in this hot weather. The flexibility for check-in and checkout was very convenient. We booked for a private event that was 10 minutes away by car so a perfect location in this setting.

Remi is a responsive host. Easy entry via a lockbox. Large 3 bed semi detached properly in a village about 15 minutes drive from Annecy. 3 good sized bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and nice peaceful garden.

We are very happy with our weekend at Guilhom's. He is very attentive, very attentive to his residents. The house is very nice, the rooms are bright, the terrace area is appreciated (and we even have access to the garden so the kids can play ball). The only small problem, the location of the house near a highway. We recommend Guilhom and his place.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location, which is easy to find (20 minutes from the city center), quiet and beautiful. I had an amazing experience at this place. It is super cozy and comfortable and has everything a solo traveller could need. The shower, mini kitchen and balcony are fantastic. The location being so close to the bus/train station was super convenient and the hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend!

My second time staying here was just as perfect as the first. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, across from Carrefour supermarket and just a quick walk to the beach. The apartment is clean and uncluttered, and there's an elevator for accessibility. Communication with the friendly hosts was excellent. Thank you for hosting!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—cute, cozy, and very clean. It had everything we needed, and the bus stop was just a minute away, which made getting around super easy. It was quite hot in Annecy during our visit, but the fan provided by the host helped a lot. Communication was excellent - the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. All in all, a great place to stay and we'd happily come back!

Felisy was a great hostess and was very friendly and welcoming. This Airbnb is a large self contained attic with its own access. Rarely have we stayed in such a well stocked place with plenty of glasses, crockery and utensils and gadgets. Since we were on a 5 week tour of France we were very pleased to have the use of a washer and drying rack. Felisy left milk, butter, orange juice and Jams in the fridge, get your own bread or croissants. Felisy very kindly gave us six eggs which we enjoyed in an omelette. Thank you Felisy and Felix we hope to return when next in the area.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
