We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

We had a lovely stay at L’Oasis Suspendu. The apartment is well-lit, very well equipped, clean and in a peaceful area. The interconnected garage is definitely a plus as you can park and get the lift directly next to the parking space. The area surrounding the apartment is very peaceful making our stay a really lovely one. Sandrine was always very responsive and super helpful, the app is really useful (I suggest you have a look at it prior to your arrival as it contains lots of useful information) and the terrace really lovely. In our case we had a car which was ideal to be able to discover Annecyznd the surrounding areas. A boulangerie and a supermarket are quite close as well as other amenities. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The area was peaceful, with fresh air and a calm atmosphere — perfect for relaxing. I especially enjoyed having the option to do a barbecue outside. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great!

Hosts give clear, step-by-step instructions. The accommodation is very clean and matches the photos. Everything is within walking distance with private parking close to the accommodation. The bakery, fishmonger, dairy, butcher and Carrefour are within walking distance and on Wednesday there is the market that offers quality products. The automatic entry system is very good. The only downside, if you can say so: noisy neighbors who slam the doors loudly from time to time and the neighbor upstairs is also noisy at night. I give 5* because for me it is a quality home and I recommend it.

The stay was very nice, we had a great time. Ludovic is very welcoming and very friendly. The accommodation is bright, quiet, spacious and very well located. We were also able to enjoy the sports course right next to the residence. Very bright, quiet and spacious accommodation. Recommended!

Quiet, clean, comfortable accommodation, faithful to the photos, Christophe was also very responsive and he takes care of his guests so that they have a good stay. I would recommend Christophe's accommodation in a second.

I loved spending time in this apartment! It had everything I needed and more. The place is lovely, and you can feel it was made with love. Caroline and Sylvain were also very kind and helpful. The location is quiet and peaceful. I definitely recommend staying here!

Very good location near the city center. Everything is on foot, bike rental, tour of the lake, catering, train station, market in front of the apartment... The apartment is very functional, clean, refurbished, we had 3 beautiful nights there (comfortable bedding). Parking below the building is a plus. We are very pleased with our stay. I recommend it.

The location of Lucie's apartment is perfect for exploring the city and lake, and proximity to all the restaurants. Plus parking in the building in the center of Old Town. Lucie was a very responsive, flexible and communicative host, and met us to orient us to the apartment. Very clean apartment and aligned with the photos on line. We'd definitely stay again.

This is the BEST airbnb I have ever stayed in!! If you have the opportunity to stay at Mickaelle’s place you have to book. The space was pristine clean. The airbnb is very spacious compared to others for the same price. Mickaelle was the loveliest host, she provided us with very useful recommendations and was super quick to response when we had a question. An absolute 5 star!!

The place was great! And Servane was an amazing host! She was super communicative and nice, and helped me with everything I needed. The place is a 20 minute walk from Oldtown and it’s directly next to the bus stop, so it was very easy to get there and everywhere else in Annecy I wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again 👍

Excellent place, excellent host. Although this is the bottom portion of the house where the host lives, it felt like we were in our own home, it was perfect. Would book again if visiting!

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The place was not only spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. Particularly noteworthy are the sauna and the Jacuzzi – both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping is easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!
