The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travelers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is just minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in all respects as described. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! We are a group of 10 friends who came to enjoy the weekend in the area for a trail and we were delighted. We were hosted very well by Aydugan. The house is beautiful, warm, and has all the necessary amenities. The heated pool is a real plus. We'll be back!

Great stay at Dominique's, the apartment is very comfortable and very well-equipped. We were hosted very well, and the walking distance to the lake is a real plus. The only small inconvenience is the proximity of the apartment to the road, which sometimes disturbs the serenity!

We were delighted with our stay in Conjux! What a pleasure to wake up every morning to this stunning view of Lake Bourget. Conjux beach is perfect for spending beautiful moments with family, and the area lends itself wonderfully to bike discovery. The apartment is very clean, bright, with a neat and clean layout. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, ideal for relaxing and sharing good meals. The garage is a real plus, especially for easily recharging our electric bikes. Our stay was perfect: our children were delighted, and so were we! Very easy communication with Regis, thank you again for everything!

Marie-Laure's room immediately makes you feel like you're at "home", it's very well decorated and really very clean. You can drop off your car nearby and do everything on foot during your stay, a perfect location! In addition, the room is in a former palace with a magnificent hall, grand staircases and huge corridors... I love it! I'll definitely be back!

Cécile and her spouse are welcoming, attentive and give very good advice. They have made their home a peaceful, welcoming corner of paradise with a splendid view. A true haven of peace. We'll be happy to go back.

Dominique and Albert were such lovely hosts. The location was amazing and the views were spectacular. So much to explore around the area, we included a trip to Annecy and Geneva. The accommodation was great and very well appointed. We took advantage of the spa, pool and incredible wood fired sauna. We would definitely recommend this fabulous listing.

Visiting Annecy for the animation festival, I had a great time with my family. The accommodation was as described, very comfortable, excellently equipped! The Legos delighted the children. i would highly recommend it!

Thoma was always very kind and met us for our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the Rumilly plan d'eau and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I'd love to go back to Thomas' place, great experience.
