Welcome to my charming townhouse located in the middle of the 13th-century village of Apricale, 2 minutes from the village Piazza. The house is built on a hill. Three floors with kitchen at the bottom, living room on the middle floor with sofa bed and exit to balcony, at the top beautiful bedroom with wonderful view from French balconies. Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. There is room for 4 comfortable people (up to 6 with sofa bed). 1 double bedroom, 1 bunk bed in niche/living room, sofa bed in living room. A stone's throw from the center of Entracque, 1 km from the Alpine slopes, 2 km for cross-country skiing. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Great view. Garage, where the washing machine is located. New gas boiler. We ask for a minimum stay of two nights and to leave the apartment tidy.

The vaults and a wall in the living area left exposed emphasize the antiquity of the place where you will stay. The kitchen is modern with an induction hob and is equipped with every cooking utensil. Located at the gates of Mercantour Park, you will have access to many hikes such as the GR52, ski resorts as well as beautiful forests nearby. The area is full of great places to discover for families or groups of friends. For your pleasure, pets are allowed at no extra charge! You'll even have access to a free dog working lot.

The apartment ,Ground garden of the cottage, is located in a residential area in absolute quiet with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.The Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live there and am therefore very available for guests.
