A few steps away is a beautiful oceanfront viewpoint (next to stairs leading down to the sea), and a few steps away is a famous restaurant, breweries, and cafes. It is located outside the main house area with a separate entrance, entrance porch, completely private and very safe.

It does not have a garage but it has an exclusive place in front of the apartment. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from downtown and Macroplaza del Mar and the beach. You can reach the tourist area by vehicle in approximately 10 minutes. Getting around by Uber or public transport is a good option.
