We are at the midpoint between Ensenada and El Valle de Guadalupe, opposite the Hotel Las Rosas. You can enjoy high-quality restaurants, craft breweries and wine cellars in the region in no more than 5 minutes. On the other hand, nearby facilities such as a gas station, markets and basic services.

You will have independent access to the house, as well as parking for 1 car inside the property, and on the outside.
