Kristen, thank you so much for an amazing getaway! The treehouse was just perfect! Attention to detail was on point, y’all did not miss a thing! I will definitely be recommending this very special/private getaway to friends and family. I have traveled all 50 states, Canada, Germany, Dominican Republic, Czechoslovakia, and other areas. In my travels this is my fourth treehouse experience. Of all the Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in I would rate yours #1. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a family reunion with our twin 6yo daughters. It was cozy so I would say that more than two adults would find it difficult to share the space unless you only needed a space to sleep. The place was clean, had a lovely porch to enjoy the lake views, and was very comfortable.

We had a great time here. The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown. The loft was extremely clean and had everything we needed.

Thank you for letting us stay. it was wonderful being able to have our two dogs with us. Bed was comfortable and and there was ample room for our two 18 year olds. The hot tub was clean and warm! Used it every day. Only thing I would not, and this doesn't take away from the review or rating, is the pond wasn't quite the view we thought it would be and there were more lizards than fish. nothing the host can control. Just something to note depending on the expectations of the guest and what they are looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Marisa’s house is a beautiful cabin that was worth every penny. It is convenient to Brevard and the Pisgah Forest for the fishing and outdoor enthusiast. Marisa was very accommodating to my group and was prompt to responding to messages. The house was clean and lacked no amenities. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, etc. and linens were plentiful. I would recommend Marisa’s place for anyone hoping to get away and stay in a beautiful part of North Carolina.

Beautiful location, thoughtful amenities, and very clean oasis to stay while my Mom and I visited with my disabled brother during an emotional week. We helped my brother vacate his abandoned apartment in Asheville - medical issues required him to leave almost 2 years ago. Visiting with my brother and caregiving staff in Brevard and then sorting and cleaning the apartment took our days, but Luanne's home provided respite in the evenings. We are grateful that Luanne was able to extend our stay another night and coordinate with cleaners as we wrapped up the arrangements with apartment, storage units, and junk removal company. The cookies were delicious and we even got a photo of one of the white squirrels as we made our way down the steep road =) Grateful to Luanne for her gracious home and kindness.
