Even though we didn't meet Richard, everything went great. Check in went smoothly and the apartment is very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable!

This apartment is clean, exactly as shown in the pictures, and conveniently located near restaurants and a supermarket.

We felt very comfortable and welcome with Ralf and Sabine in their studio. Ralf makes every effort to ensure that we feel well taken care of and are provided with everything necessary. The toilet would have to be shared with the neighbors - if both apartments were occupied. But since we were alone, it didn't bother us at all. It was a cozy place to stay, with lots of great pictures of Sabine! Thanks a lot!

My husband was in Essen (E-World) with 3 colleagues for work. Everyone enjoyed the accommodation very much. Esme was very friendly and accommodating. She even picked up my husband (on the way to E:World) and drove him to E:World by car. Dear Esme, thank you again for that.

The apartment is very spacious, very clean and tidy, very well maintained, everything necessary is available. Very well connected to the train and by car. Definitely coming back! This is our second time staying at Daron's place. The place is an absolute 10/10. Daron's dear mom receives you super lovingly on site. We had already contacted her by phone beforehand regarding arrival and time. Daron's mom was absolutely flexible. The place is easy to find. It is a quiet area. You have a huge parking lot. The first floor apartment is absolutely modernly furnished. You come in and you feel right at home. The apartment is really big and you have absolutely everything you need. It's all there what you need, tidy and clean. The linens were fresh and smelled incredibly good. 😍 We also got tips for the area from Daron's mom. Thank you very much again! Otherwise, the apartment is really a dream. Alexa, Netflix, everything available. The area is really beautiful. You can reach the Neutor-Galerie and supermarkets in less than a 10-minute walk. We will be happy to come back if we can!

The value for money is perfect and the cleanliness was also great. Since it is an industrial area, there are not many food options after 8 PM, but otherwise everything is great.

Farah is a very friendly, helpful and open host who makes you feel right at home. The bedroom as well as the bathroom were very nicely decorated. What particularly pleased me was her courteous manner, she was able to help us well with questions about the area (Cologne, Düsseldorf). In addition, she was always quick to respond to messages, which I noticed positively:)

Excellent welcome: Shayan and his family were kindly attentive to our arrival to make our arrival easier. The proximity of the Mass is very appreciable. We recommend it ++

The night at Monika's place was a gift for my parents. Both loved the room. Super clean, decorated for Christmas and very comfortable! Monika is a great hostess and even drove my parents to the Veltins Arena! I can only recommend the property!

Great apartment, spacious, clean. We love staying there, close to restaurants and shops

We felt extremely comfortable and everything was great. The stay was tailored to us and the communication in advance could not have been nicer. The location is awesome! All guests have emphasized this again and again.

Unfortunately, we did not meet Bastian and his dogs in person, but the chance that we will still be. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and the communication & will certainly book it again next time.

1 week with family (2E+2Teens) very well spent. Leverkusen was originally only targeted for football. But very good for things to do to Cologne, Bonn, Wuppertal,Aachen with public transport (bus & train) with German ticket. Apartment, especially kitchen, was well equipped, especially Senseo coffee machine (because I also liked it at home). In every room, we did not need an air conditioner, but we did not need it...because of the attic in the hot summer. If friends/acquaintances want to go to the area, I would definitely recommend the apartment to you.

We were 7 people and we had a great stay at Emerson’s place! It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Phoenix lake, where lots of great restaurants and cafes are located. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed - pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, etc. The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend!
