The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. In the large garden behind the house, you can bask in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (€10 for additional costs), or end the day by the campfire!

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery, which can be viewed.

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs. I live in the house myself and will be happy to help you with any questions and further information.

The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40 x2m) and walk-in closet. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.
