Amy’s place was super clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the marina and loved to listen to the live music from Cass Cay restaurant. We were thrilled to find beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella and even a yoga mat! It was a great stay overall. Thank you Amy!

We visited the Siesta Key area during spring break and were so glad we chose Suzanne’s peaceful and private condo. The walk to Turtle Beach, Trolley Stop, and restaurants was easy and enjoyable. The condo is prettier than the pictures and all the many amenities make the stay special. Suzanne is a wonderful host who responds quickly to any question and anticipates your needs. Her information booklet is very organized and full of information to make the vacation stress- free. We had a wonderful dinner at Ophelia’s by the Bay (within walking distance). It is a bit pricey but located in a beautiful waterfront setting . Our meal was excellent. We also enjoyed brunch at Sun Garden Cafe and lunch at Phillippi Oyster Bar.

Beachfront Condo on Casey Key with great view!

This was our second year to stay in the same unit in Casey Key. We had the same issues with the TV and lights as we did the previous year. Due to that nothing was done, we did bring it up. Natalie acknowledged the issue and was able to secure a small refund. We plan to visit again next year. We love the unit and the area! It was nice to meet our hosts and engage in conversation.

The place was as pictured. Patrick sent many recommendations for beaches and restaurants in advance, which were very helpful and great. The reception was also very nice with a personal touch and a few snacks. The pool is right across the street, which was great for us since we have a little daughter and didn't have to carry all the stuff far.

Location is private and quiet but close to all of the great things to do in Venice. Agnes is very responsive to any needs and questions. Her place is great. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen was clean and well supplied with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. We’ve stayed in Venice the last 4 years and this was the best thanks to Agnes and her place!!

This was our first time staying at Jim's place, though it's our second visit to this lovely condo. Jim's home truly feels like a slice of paradise. The apartment is cozy and perfectly suited for our small family. The sunrises from the back and the sunsets on the beach are simply breathtaking. The heated pool is a fantastic amenity, and Jim generously provides plenty of beach and pool gear, making our stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness in the chat were greatly appreciated, always making us feel welcome and cared for. Jim's hospitality and the serene beauty of the location make this a perfect getaway spot. We can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories here. Steps to Water! Beach to Bay, Penthouse!

I had so much fun on my vacation because of the place and its location. Its super clean, very well decorated, gives you that beach house feel. It was nice being right across the street from a beautiful beach, and having beach chairs to use. It was also nice not having to get in the car and having to drive anywhere for dinner, we tryed almost all of the local resturants, and found a favorite. Theres even a free local shuttle ! This is an awesome place id love to come back to.
