Vacation rentals with a home theater in England

I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. It's a modern building with a very helpful concierge, walking distance to almost everything and just around the corner of some awesome coffee spots or shopping in the Lanes. Spacious bathroom, all clean. Communication with Vinn is great and fast! Will definitely book again when I'll be back

What a truly wonderful little place, there is so much to do for the kids and my two really did enjoy it! The apartment was absolutely stunning, spotless and also very spacious. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to book a trip away to the lakes be it with children or without. We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay. Super location for the National Theatre and the Imperial War museum . Just right for us and our fourteen year old son. Nick recommended a vibrant food market just minutes away which we really enjoyed then had a cosy night in the flat. Nick was super helpful and communicated well being flexible with the check out by an hour which helped us in what we had planned for the day. Would highly recommend. Thanks for your help Nick and the complimentary Magnum ice creams!

Max's appartment really felt like a home and was decorated almost exactly to my taste: cosy, comfortable, stylish and homey. The higlight for me was the window seat in the living room. Also like the book cases with books to read and the many lamps that gave very cosy lighting at night. The location is great and easily accesible with public transport. The beds were to my exact comfort level and the street was quiet. A couple of minor let downs: the flat wasn't ready for us at the agreed time so we couldn't relax a bit before our next adventure. We were able to leave our luggage. The glasses in the cupboard weren't clean.

Amazing stay for a 30th family celebration. The sun was shining so we spent most our time at the house on the terrace! Perfect location with the surrounding scenery. We had a slight issue with the hot tub room, due to previous guests. But this was quickly resolved! Can’t fault the hosts or the house. Would definitely love to return for another celebration in the future one day! Thanks again

We came away to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday and this was the perfect place to do that. The games room and cinema room were an excellent, well used part of our stay! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed considering we cooked everyday. Overall this was one of the nicest, cleaner places we have stayed in and really made the weekend feel special.

A lovely house exactly as viewed online. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and the cinema room was fab. The location is amazing, close to pubs and restaurants, shops and the beach. Mike is a great host and always replied quickly to queries, providing advice on local amenities and places to visit. I would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again next year.

Fantastic !!! Booked this home as part of my wifes 70th birthday celebrations for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 3,6 & 9. Tracy met us on arrival to show us around this wonderful house and pass on everything we needed to know. The house in real life is better than the photos. It is so spacious and as my granddaughter said Tracy has thought of everything there is so much for us to do. Tracy also left us a lovely home made cake. The kitchen was a great communal place with a 10 seater table overlooking the amazing outdoor space via two sets of patio doors. A great way to start the day. All rooms were a good size. Outdoors there is a beautiful large garden with a trampoline for the kids, a gas bbq for the adults a barn with a table tennis table and a host of toys and ride on vehicles for the little ones. Go through the gap at the end of the garden to the very popular tree house Nobody wanted to leave after a fantastic couple of days. This is a great house.

Great place to stay, in the city, had enough room for 8 people.

JJ is a great host - helpful and very responsive, I got the impression that he genuinely wanted us to feel comfortable in his home. The house was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with nice little touches like hair dryers in 2 separate bedrooms, high-end soaps and shower gels, plush towels, etc. The pizza oven, fire pit and cinema room meant my teenagers were happy to stay in and do cosy pizza and movie nights as a family. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The NEST is a beautiful space. Immaculately clean, well-equipped and super comfortable. Right in the middle of town meant no car needed. A bit cold for the terrace, but on warmer days it would be a beautiful space to sit and drink a glass of wine or two (which Lesley kindly provided for us). We were fortunate enough to meet Lesley as we arrived a little early and she was kind enough to let us leave our bags before check-in. A wealth of local knowledge, friendly, professional and clearly loves both the town and The NEST. She has every right to be proud of it. We had a fantastic time there and wouldn’t look anywhere else if our travels take us to Berwick again. Thanks Lesley.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

Great stay at Raluca's place. Her communication was great from the outset, responding promptly to questions and providing lots of local recommendations. The place was perfect for our stay and the kids had a great time. The swimming pool and play areas were excellent and the toys in the apartment were a real bonus. Would happily stay here again for a family break.

Helen was a fantastic host and she has clearly put a lot of thought and hard work into designing this apartment. She was in touch to give clear instructions for checking in and checking out. The attention to detail was really impressive and the apartment had a real luxury feel - from designer kitchen gadgets, alexa and even the smell - Jo Malone 😍 The location of the apartment is excellent - its right beside the cathedral and just a few minutes walk from the city centre. I cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed. We will be back!
