New, well-equipped studio apartment (31.5 m²) with magnificent south view in the middle ground floor of a detached house in Scuol in a quiet, sunny location for 2-3 people. Private parking, entrance, furnished seating with grill and shared use of the sunbathing lawn. Only about 80 m/2 minutes' walk to the mountain railways and about 250 m to the train station. Included are guest cards with free use of public transport as well as a daily ascent/descent with the mountain railways in summer/autumn!

However the flat is ideal for two adults and 1-2 kids. The flat has been renovated in 2024 and got fully refurbished.

The apartment has a living room with a satellite TV and is equipped with a large sofa, which can quickly be transformed into a sofa bed with a mattress (140 x 200). The apartment is located within a very short walking distance to the bus stop.
