Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

This unique Art Nouveau apartment is set in a spacious house built in 1902. It's an excellent accommodation for up to 4 guests looking for comfort in historical surroundings. Geographically, the house Grava in Susch is an ideal location to explore the entire Engadin valley by car or train. St.Moritz in the Upper Engadin, Scuol in the Lower Engadin and Davos across the Flüela pass are 30 to 45 minutes away. A train journey to Zürich airport lasts less than 3 hours.

The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Our guests also have free Wi-Fi access. In the living area, TV is available.

Our apartments are located in the Tulai holiday park. The building consists of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The Duplex Superior apartments consisting of 1 living room and 1 bedroom were completely renovated in 2015. They are 100 m² in size and thus offer enough space for 4 people. Due to the tasteful furnishings, the apartments offer a homely atmosphere.

The house is located between the village square and church very central but absolutely quiet. The apartment on the upper floor is suitable for 4 people. Central heating is available. The fireplace in the living area can also be heated with wood. In the large kitchen-living room with full amenities, 6 people can comfortably sit at the table. From the adjoining balcony there is a fantastic south-facing view of the mountains.
