Quietly situated house on a sunny south-facing slope surrounded by woods and meadows in the small village of Lüsai. Good connection (hourly) with ÖFIS. Excellent snowshoeing, ski touring (Piz Daint, Dora, Turettas, Buffalora, Vallatscha, S-charl), hiking (Lai da Rims, Chazfora, Swiss National Park) and MTB conditions (Goldsee-/Tibet-Trail, Bocchetta di Forcola, Val Mora, National Park, Passo Gallo) as well as a small ski area (Minschuns) and an excellent, snow-sure cross-country ski trail.

The Chasa Spadla vacation home is located in a uniquely quiet location with a view on the upper edge of the village of Sent in the Engadin, three minutes from the nearest post bus stop. It is a detached house with a large amount of space. A balcony, terrace and the meadow in front of the house invite you to enjoy the view and sun. The house is surrounded by meadows and farms. Below the house is the school square of Sent, a spacious playground for children.

Right on the valley descent to Scuol lies our charming, newly renovated mountain bijou in the unique alpine chic retro style with space for 8-10 people. Each room has its own charm and offers guests stunning views of the Motta Naluns ski resort and the Piz Lischana.

The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping facilities on the Stradun are within easy walking distance. The Brentschpark is ideally located for walks along the Inn.

The rustic attic apartment and the floor rooms in the middle floor are located in our farmhouse, in the middle of the village center. Despite the quiet location, the post office, bank and other shops can be reached within two minutes. In the garden there is a large sauna. Sheep, cats, rabbits, chickens are looking forward to seeing you. I

We are an active family with three children who like to spend their free time in the mountains with snowboarding, skiing and hiking. Finally, our dream of our own apartment came true. We are happy to share this gem with you! Have fun with the whole family at this small but cozy place, which we have lovingly renovated.
