Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The apartment is located in the Lower Engadine in Ardez at 1467 meters above sea level, 150 meters from the train station. The 2.5 room attic apartment with gallery is modern and cozy. From the sunny balcony, you have a magnificent view. The Romanesque village of Ardez and the surrounding area offers many recreational and sports activities in summer and winter (river rafting, hiking, horseback riding, climbing, skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding and ice skating, etc.)

The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no stove), shower/toilet) in a 400-year-old farmhouse is close to the Ardez train station. There are many antique utensils in the house and in the apartment. You'll love my place because of the flair of old times, equipped with every comfort. Free parking is available for our guests nearby.

Centrally located 3.5-room apartment. Shopping and post office are just across from the apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms as well as a living room. The living room also has two sleeping options. One room has a bunk bed, so only five beds are indicated. The apartment has six sleeping options. The kitchen is spacious.

Our studio is centrally located and is in Schinnas Sot just a few minutes' walk from Scuol-Tarasp train station and the valley station of the mountain railway. Cozy and quiet 2.5 room basement apartment with modern cottage charm and beautiful views. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as bathroom with bathtub incl. shower wall. The apartment was partially renovated in 2019 and the bathroom and kitchen were redone in 2024.
