Geographically, the house Grava in Susch is an ideal location to explore the entire Engadin valley by car or train. St.Moritz in the Upper Engadin, Scuol in the Lower Engadin and Davos across the Flüela pass are 30 to 45 minutes away. A train journey to Zürich airport lasts less than 3 hours.

Die schöne und grosszügige Ferienwohnung in Zentrum von Ftan mit wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Unterengadiner Bergwelt befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Engadiner Mehrfamilienhaus mit angebautem Stall. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Sessellift der ins Wander- und Skigebiet Motta Naluns führt, welches mit Scuol verbunden ist. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht bei der Unterkunft zur Verfügung.

Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.
