Very pleasant, fragrant and clean environment. Very spacious house. New utensils. Simple bedding, but clean and well maintained, lots of bath linens available. Quiet street, structured neighborhood. We left the car in front of the house. Close to the covered street, crooked street, Maria Fumaça, Central Square and other attractions in this region. If you have children, be aware of the keys on the doors, including the bathroom in the suite, our little one scared us by locking himself in there, but everything worked out to get him out.... Contact with the host only through the platform, but always courteous and polite. If we have the opportunity, we will certainly stay again.

I liked the very nice condominium. The apartment is comfortable, I just didn't like the sofa bed. Excellent shower!

The place is as described in the listing, in my opinion it is good value for money. The host Raquel is extremely attentive and sincerely she is the one who surprised me positively, the place itself needs improvement and from what I saw/felt this is being done. I think the amount charged is good value for money, since the host leaves treats for consumption (in my case I could not use them, as my children are lactose intolerant lol..) Anyway, I definitely recommend the place and if I need to I will stay with Raquel again.

Excellent locality, close to the center and at the same time very quiet and quiet place. Utensils in general very well organized and easy to access/location. I would like to thank Rafaela for the hospitality. We were satisfied with her attention and goodwill in fulfilling our requests, made our check out times more flexible, lent bath towel that we forgot. The house was clean and the accommodations were as disclosed in the listing itself. The house is on a secluded street, has a slope, but is very close to the center, less than 10 minutes.

Great reception by Gessica with cake and juice, accommodation and bed linens and tablecloths clean and in good quantity, place for barbecue with private garden, garage, clean, sanitized house, spacious that accommodates people well, extremely helpful hostess. Great location near the center and Lake Javary, 4 minutes by car, for those who like to walk it is a quiet walk of about 20 minutes. I recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful high-end house, very comfortable and located in an excellent neighborhood, met and exceeded all my family's expectations. There is a large market on the way home, which makes it much easier to shop for everyday items. The host is very attentive and proactive, and treated us super well, giving tips about the city and places to visit. I highly recommend it to anyone interested!

The apartment is very good, both for short and long stays. It has everything you need and is taken care of down to the last detail. Yuri is a very attentive and thoughtful person, and that shows in every corner of the house.

Casa as advertised , if we feel at home , had the basic kitchen utensils like it's usually just for breakfast for us was great What you could have would be just that clothesline you miss for being an apartment and not having where to extend clothes just one observation, but no complaints about had our privacy at every moment that I needed or had a doubt she answered , I used a gym that has available in the condominium porters always very kind , had enough towels, comfortable sheets where it even met our expectations, close to everything 30min of Copacabana, Esper back sometime again Thank you Vaneza once again hope I have left the house in order

Safe and quiet place, mainly in relation to the access to the condominium. Excellent cost-benefit, we were for 4 days at the carnival, always arriving at the condominium at dawn and we always feel safe! We hope to return soon.

The host was very attentive, welcomed us very well. The space has an incredible view of the Flamengo landfill and the sugar bread, it is exactly like in the photos, everything was well clean and the apt has all the necessary bed structure table and bath. It is well located for tours in the center, Lapa and Gloria, with bike stations very close to the beach and the airport. It was great for our couple trip, we'll be back as soon as we can.

first to thank Luiz for being very helpful,the apt everything clean and has the basic intensities to be able to cook,we stayed 6 days and as the subway is close we can get to know several beaches, at night the street has several bars,it was very good place I'll be back for sure

Dona hosana's space is very good, my family and I feel at home. From the town to walk to the aquarium, museum of tomorrow, Ferris wheel, Muhcab. Easy to find Uber in the area. I didn't really like the bakeries around, it's better to go to Colombo confectionery ( for those who like a good breakfast) or do it in the apartment. Indico take a day to go to the Santa Tereza cable car, then staircase, then aquarium, giant wheel and museum, as it will have Uber savings! Dona hosana very nice, I'll definitely be back.

Marlon e Paulo are gentle and super attentive. The apartment was super clean, and it has everything we needed during our lodging. Certainly, I would go back.
