The place is as described in the listing, in my opinion it is good value for money. The host Raquel is extremely attentive and sincerely she is the one who surprised me positively, the place itself needs improvement and from what I saw/felt this is being done. I think the amount charged is good value for money, since the host leaves treats for consumption (in my case I could not use them, as my children are lactose intolerant lol..) Anyway, I definitely recommend the place and if I need to I will stay with Raquel again.

Excellent stay!! Ilara, the house, the location, everything was WONDERFUL!!! A tranquility, a peace, it was our first time in Miguel Pereira and we are in love lol and certainly Ilara's accommodation contributed to this, she is very attentive and responded quickly, did everything to facilitate the arrival easier, she even made a video. The house has all the utensils for those who want to cook. We felt safe in the house, in the neighborhood, we went out at night without problems. We already want to go back!!!

Marcelle is an excellent host, always attentive to needs, when I needed her she responded super fast, the house was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend it!

The house is perfect!!! The photos and description are exactly the same. Hosts are extremely kind and available people. We love our Carnival and will come back more often for sure!!!

Great place to rest, in a condominium in the middle of a forest where you can even see wild animals. Local 5min from the center by car, where is the indoor Street and the Pie Street. Lugar corresponds to the photos, with pool and lake for fishing in the condominium. Me and my family love it!!! The only caveat is that the rooms are on the second floor with access on a staircase in a snail that makes it impossible for older people and with mobility difficulties, the rest was great!!!

I would like to register my satisfaction with the rental. The house is great, clean, ample, complete with household utensils, which was important to me, as I didn't go for a walk in the city but to enjoy the family home. Everything is very organized. There are 3 en-suites, 2 with extra beds, everyone was well accommodated. I have two small children who loved the house, they say they want to come back, the place is great for kids, it has a swing, toys in the pool area, a huge whale buoy that the kids loved, a pool with a waterfall that the kids said was a waterfall, it was a party. The outside area of the house is excellent, I was delighted, it is everything the photos show and a bit more. I would also like to thank the host for the attention of the host in giving us the requested information and the affection of her mother who on our arrival sent us a basket of goodies, the basket is an extra care that everything loves to earn!! Anyway, I highly recommend it! It was well worth it! Thank you so much!!

I would like to thank Rafaela for the hospitality. We were satisfied with her attention and goodwill in fulfilling our requests, made our check out times more flexible, lent bath towel that we forgot. The house was clean and the accommodations were as disclosed in the listing itself. The house is on a secluded street, has a slope, but is very close to the center, less than 10 minutes.

Two detachable stitches are mainly the location, you can move on foot to the center in 5 minutes is there and the space is there, comfortably accommodates 4 guests despite the small bathroom but nothing else that is very broadly clean and organized, another highlight is the tranquility that even with the proximity of the center is very sustained, Rosana is very friendly and has always been available to assist in what you need, there were only a few shortages of items of convenience as in the listing there was only 1 ventilator and the lack of the saduicha but promptly sanitized by Rosana only the tv that is a projection and space in the rear could not connect any equipment per hdmi and even so it would not be possible to call because a little after time on the project turned off by itself, in short, a tv even of 32" would be more effective, are situations that do not collapse the accommodation and which can be quickly resolved, it is approved, recommending, would come back more times and for the stay.

The site is exactly as described: a lovely place, full of peace, nature and a special energy. From the first contact, we were very well served by Valdirene, always attentive and helpful. As we arrived, we were greeted with great affection by host Simone, who takes care of everything with attention to detail and a welcome that makes all the difference. It was a wonderful stay, of those who remain in memory for the unique experience and the affection involved. I recommend and hope to return soon!

Cozy cottage!

Fazendinha is a haven of peace. Diva is extremely kind and helpful. This is our second time staying and we will certainly return.

I had a great experience at Granja, a simple house but with everything you need, very comfortable. The place is beautiful and the pool area with games hall is a delight to enjoy the day, my son is my little nephew liked it a lot. Isabel always requests by answering my doubts and the homemade Celso very kind. Voltaria for sure!

We love Claudia and Phillipe's place. All very clean and organized. The whole house smelly. Claudia is very whimsical. Space Note 1000. Thank you for all assistance and attention. I hope to come back more often. I want the pool again. Thank you, thank you and thank you

I went with my family, and although it was raining in the days, it was a lot of fun. We spent up to the pool that had "warm" water, even though it was 18°C at room temperature. The rooms were enough to accommodate everyone. We used the barbecue area more than the kitchen, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The children had fun in fishing and with the ducks. The space is excellent. We made the trail but couldn't really see the view due to the fog. Anyway, they were great days of peace and tranquility.

I went to the farmhouse with my family (12 people). Everyone really liked it. The place is a very beautiful place and has an impressive structure. All decor is designed for the comfort of visitors. The pool space is amazing and everyone really enjoyed the period. The hostess is a lovely person who welcomed us with great affection and whenever we needed her, she assisted us. It is certainly a place we want to return to.

Who received us was Dona Sônia and Sr Ailson. Super attentive, thoughtful and welcoming. The place is too beautiful, the house was clean and organized and has all the necessary utensils. The way is very simple to access. Although there was a train that it is no longer possible for the GPS to pick up, Dona Sônia had sent us a map in advance and a video showing how to access and it went super well, we had no trouble finding the house. Light was missing on the penultimate day but there is generator in the house and they promptly activated, which did not impact anything in our stay. We love the experience and will return more often without a doubt.

A passionate place, ideal for renewing energy, Lia and Fernando are amazing people, very polite and helpful. On site there are two b*****s who are a separate attraction, they are the soul of the place, too beautiful and loving. Fishing is truly a magical place! I recommend to go with a high car, with good wheel drive.
