Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Engenheiro Paulo de Frontin

The place is as described in the listing, in my opinion it is good value for money. The host Raquel is extremely attentive and sincerely she is the one who surprised me positively, the place itself needs improvement and from what I saw/felt this is being done. I think the amount charged is good value for money, since the host leaves treats for consumption (in my case I could not use them, as my children are lactose intolerant lol..) Anyway, I definitely recommend the place and if I need to I will stay with Raquel again.

Excellent stay! The house was in great condition and is super complete, matches the photos and description of the listing. The location is perfect, close to the activities and the center and at the same time in contact with nature, with an amazing view!

Marcia's cottage is everything you see in the photos and more. Super nice atmosphere, location close to the center close to everything, extremely clean, equipped and organized. The reception was a distinguishing characteristic! We were welcomed with a hot coffee served at the time we arrived and a cake made on the wood stove, indescribable. My family loved it! We'll be back for sure.

It was a pleasure to stay at Walquiria's house. The property accommodated us very well. In addition, the location is very practical for those who like to walk. The house is very close to Rua Torta, with good restaurant options just a few minutes' drive away and easy access to the city center. The neighborhood is totally residential and we felt very safe. Our stay was very peaceful and Walquiria was attentive to our needs. We had an unforeseen event before our arrival and she was very understanding. That made a big difference. It is worth mentioning that she was always very cordial and full of empathy. We missed having top sheets, as they only had the elastic ones that serve to cover the mattresses. It's worth rethinking the provision of bath towels. But we knew this wasn't included. Another detail is that on sunny days the house really house gets very hot, even with the windows and doors open. Regardless, our stay was wonderful.

Mariana Dona Isabel was extremely attentive. We were given a lot of information about the site. Local restaurants, shops, etc. As we went over the weekend with a lot of rain forecast for all and state , she offered us games to distract us at home as well. The house is excellent! Very beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped. We were delighted with the organization. Everything perfect! Clean linens and bath linens. We still had the help of the housekeeper who was very polite and helpful . I and my family plan to come back for sure!

I was with my family to meet Miguel Pereira and the Dinosaur Park. We loved the stay !!! We will return to see other attractions and this will certainly be the place for our stay!

Simply MARVELLOUS our stay at Vagner's AP, both by organizing, cleaning, decorating and by the host himself be extremely kind, considerate, organized, hospitable and super hyper-mean-communicative and empathic. We need to be a little late for the checkin and he made sure to welcome us and present all the AP to me and my sister. We were welcomed with open arms as if we were from home already. We arrived very hungry and in his refrigerator already had eggs, iced matte tea, fresh water, because he already knows that many of us have already arrived in hunger and he already leaves a few things so we can eat right away. Vagner undoubtedly has the cleanest and smelling AP of Grajaú and how many times I go to RJ and have to rent an airbnb will be my first option. Perfect stay, a cozy and pleasant place. In a word… PERFECT

This place was absolutely stunning to stay in, the view from the bed waking up each morning was exactly what I had hoped it would be, also the pool was such a special touch. We worried about the noise from the airport as had been previously put off by reading a previous review on here, However this is absolutely not an issue, the planes were not that loud and dont come in all the time and when we did see them come in, it was quite fun to watch them land. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a special private place to retreat for a week or so. thank you so much

Detailing the excellent place, the shower with the natural pool and the river are the main attractions, plus it has a cold and heated pool. The restaurant's food is good. I found the space with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas around the little Duchão, it was very full all morning and we ended up not sitting down. The river was calm, good para.criancas, but it has no life-saving, which can be a risk in case of a water trunk. The cold pool had saved lives.

We had a great time (6 nights) in the accommodation, it was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children), the neighborhood is great for walking and discovering street art + access to the tram, the bars and restaurants are excellent too. Laurent was available from the reception, Brigitte gave us all the information we needed for our arrival and Angelica helped us throughout the stay. The decor is beautiful, the view is very nice, the mattresses are very comfortable, and what about the terrace with the pool! We loved everything, no complaints. We will come back without hesitation and recommend this place to our friends!

This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

Casa as advertised , if we feel at home , had the basic kitchen utensils like it's usually just for breakfast for us was great What you could have would be just that clothesline you miss for being an apartment and not having where to extend clothes just one observation, but no complaints about had our privacy at every moment that I needed or had a doubt she answered , I used a gym that has available in the condominium porters always very kind , had enough towels, comfortable sheets where it even met our expectations, close to everything 30min of Copacabana, Esper back sometime again Thank you Vaneza once again hope I have left the house in order

If I could summarize the entire stay in one word would be: impeccable. Cássio was flexible both at check-in and checkout, communication was quick and he still sent me a guide to what I could do nearby. The house was all clean and smelling, there's everything you need to stop spending a few days there. The street is super quiet to reach, I went out the night every day and uber calmly accepted. A great location because it has markets, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries and bars all close by. I'll definitely come back more times!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
