Monthly Rentals in Endwell

The home was just as described and met our needs well. The 3 separate bedrooms was key for us. Karissa was super nice and responsive. The kitchen and master bathroom were very large for the size of the home which is exactly what we needed. The only down side was the kitchen wasn't as well supplied with cooking supplies as other places we have stayed. That said, I'd definitely stay again the next time we visit family in the area! We loved our stay at Joseph's Place. We were in town for a conference and we had easy access to major roadways but were in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The home is exactly as described and what was in pictures. It does have a lived in feel, but was very clean and we felt right at home. More amenities in kitchen than in other airbnbs I've stayed in (such as spices, extra dishes and pots and pans), anything you need - it's there. Beds are comfortable and shower has good water pressure. Deck off the back is lovely. A little rose garden in the front is charming. Host was very good with communication and very accommodating. If we are in town in the future, we will definitely book Joseph's Place again.

Very nice home in a nice neighborhood - Convenient location near the attractions we had come to see (mainly the Binghamton carousel parks, and the Rod Serling statue and other points of interest)and a very good value as well. We like to travel with our two dogs when possible, so we appreciated the fact that this home was pet friendly.
