House vacation rentals in Encino, Los Angeles

Perfect home for our family trip to LA. It was a beautiful house with a great location. We loved the hot tub and the pool. Pool was chilly but the kids still enjoyed it. The house was extremely well stocked with all the little things you often forget on trips. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the LA area.

Jamie and Chuck were great hosts! They were super nice and friendly our whole visit. They were sure to let us know we could contact them about any issues or questions. The place is in a great location, there’s a lot of restaurants nearby and Universal Studios is less than 10mins away. They also let us use their drive way as parking which was great!

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

Johnny was a great host. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is walking distance to a decent diner (Nat's). home was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, huge fridge, and stove if you plan on cooking. Yard was a nice play to relax and the swimming pool was very clean. Samsung TVs were in almost every room in the home. The home is a nice location for large families or groups, although my stay was short it I enjoyed my stay with my friends. Would recommend.

Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

I had a wonderful stay with Azat. He was a warm, responsive, and accommodating host. The space was well-appointed, comfortable, and spacious; good for any length of stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

This property delivered exactly as described. The gated off street parking was much appreciated. The location is close enough to the action, but in a residential neighborhood. The full kitchen was well equipped; bluetooth sound system a bonus; we found everything neat and clean.

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!

We stayed 3 nights at Aresu‘s place and we will for sure come back. Great Location to reach all LA attractions by car. Free parking places are available on the street. Enough Space for easy parking. Universal Studios was around 20 Minutes drive. There Are Lots of Shops and Restaurants Near by. The room was cozy and looked exactly as on the pictures. The aircon worked well. Aresu was pro active gave us clear instructions for checkin and a lot of helpful insights about LA and helped me when I got sick

I had a wonderfully enjoyable experience that truly surpassed my expectations! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The charming decor and ample natural light created a cozy ambiance that I greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation super easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. Enjoying coffee on the sunny patio was definitely one of the highlights! We loved this house, particularly the beautiful and expansive backyard! The kids were happy with the ping pong table and horseshoes while we all loved the abundant lounges and seating for sharing meals (using the very nice gas grill) and overall relaxing. Inside the house all of the furniture and decor was well appointed and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and a bonus was use of the very nice washer and dryer. The master bedroom is in the center of the house without windows, which was ok, just a little different. The bathroom attached to the master is a 3/4 and rather small but well appointed. Overall we loved the house and Christopher was a very responsive and always friendly and positive. Highly recommend!

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. We arrived from on Saturday checked out Monday super quite neighborhood nice home clean bed linens, towels available we took my dog it was a nice backyard to be out bbq enjoying a cocktail. Home was just like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this house it was perfect for me and my family would definitely be booking here again, and the host was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful on anything even willing to come and start the grill for me because I couldn’t figure it out.!!!

My second time staying here. Kitchen is amazing, beds and pillow are very comfortable. Nuri is such a friendly easy going host! Everything in the house works and functions and both times I never had any issues. 10/10 ! Thanks Nuri.
