We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. All instructions were clearly laid out, with helpful labels in all the right places—making everything super easy to navigate. What really stood out was the host’s exceptional thoughtfulness and hospitality. When I enquired about availability of a baby bathtub, the host went out of their way to order one ahead of our arrival just to make sure our needs were taken care of. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this place—would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful generally well kept home with amazing views and yard. If you are a bird lover, you will truly enjoy the symphony of beautiful bird sounds. Being close to the reservoir is a great feature.

Cassandra is a wonderfully kind host. From the fairytale-like cabin in the woods, to the abundance of hummingbirds and the extremely spacious yet cosy kitchen, it’s by far one of the best places to stay in around Topanga! Cassandra’s hospitality is above and beyond. We will definitely return!

Beautiful home, exactly as described. Very detailed instructions about the home. Very cozy. Close enough to main streets to get to where you want to go, while still being far enough away as to not hear busy street noise. I appreciated that all rooms had good blinds and blackout curtains.

Great location within walking distance of beach and great food. Front porch is great for lounging with a book or dining al fresco. Shana was great throughout our visit and we would definitely stay here again

This place is incredible; the structure is so cool, the views and light are out of this world, it's private, somehow spacious and cozy, and has everything you need. Heather made everything super easy and can't recommend the place highly enough. Hope to stay here again soon.

Great place. Cozy, clean, and quiet. Outdoor space is clean and peaceful. It is in a nice neighborhood to go for walks in, I felt safe. Conveniently close to stores, restaurants, etc. You wouldn’t know you were in the city with how quiet it is at this house. I would definitely stay here again if need be in the area.

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

I was there for business for 5 days. I am a caregiver for my 93 yo mum and I bring her along, and I have someone come be with her while I'm at work. This worked out very well. She uses a walker and there was no problem for her getting around. There are a few steps down from the parking area in back and she had no trouble. From the front sidewalk there were no steps to the apartment. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The bathroom has a lot of space for toiletries, TV was easy to figure out (for us old timers) with lots of channels. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There's a big dining room table for me to spread out my work. The building is right off the freeway, so easy in and out. It is gated, quiet, and we felt very safe. Alexa was very responsive to all communication. We will stay here again if I am assigned for work in this area. Thank you so much, Alexa!

Outstanding hosts and always helpful. Unit was convenient to Hollywood attractions and walkable to many stores & restaurants.

Spacious, clean, and well kept apartment. Our group of 3 had a great stay. The location was right across the street from good coffee, and there were many food options close by. The bed and linens were super comfy and we were able to get good nights of sleep while there, which is super important while traveling!

I enjoyed my stay at Dianna's Airbnb! The place was perfect for my needs, clean, easily accessible, and well-stocked with necessities. The addition of homemade greeting snacks was a nice touch. Also, Dianna was very communicative during the whole booking and stay process. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for your next stay in Long Beach!

This place is definitely worth the pay it was only a 2 min walk from the room! I would definitely recommend to my other friends for future trips!!

I really did not want to write such a positive review because I want to live at this place, and as I’ve found out, it’s very rarely available because of the exceptional location. If you see this place is available just book it. Do not hesitate!!!. Example; if you were at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive and your friend was at this property you could hear each other breath. The area in general is unmatched. The people unchallenged in any realm of Humanity. Shay the host was incredible too, hence why my Karmic retribution gene kicked in and forced me to share this hidden gem. For the past 6 years I’ve lived in LA and I’ve finally found a place called home. Remember!!! Do not hesitate just book it or you’ll be left waiting months for it to become available again.

Beautiful home located in a peaceful neighborhood. The private room and bathroom were cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. It was very generous of them to let us use their washing machine and dryer. If we have the chance to visit LA again, we’d love to stay at Kristin and Chris’s place and explore more of their beautiful neighborhood.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Fiona has been a wonderful host during my stay. I was a fellow working at Huntington Library for the past month, and Fiona’s place provided everything I needed. It was close to the Huntington with a 20-min walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bus lines and metro to old Pasadena and downtown LA are within walkable distance. There are not many dining options within walking distance but it’s about 20 min bus ride to a few commercial/mixed use hubs.

Thank you Christy for this absolutely perfect stay! I enjoyed my time at this home because of its welcoming and warm atmosphere. The horses decorated are absolutely fun - lol I love horses :) The room I was in had several lamps, outside access, AND several beds! I was able to successfully WFH with the hiccup of the Wi-Fi having an issue one day. Christy was able to fix and communicate with me on time that it was being fixed. Awesome! My bedroom was right next to the bathroom which is nice. There was more than enough soap for me to wash daily with, along with my own personal toiletries. Accessing the apartment was super easy as it was just a code. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future as I felt, safe AND comfortable in Santa Clarita. The neighborhood is pretty beautiful and is adorned by other nice homes. Thanks again!!

It was perfect for what we needed. The room is actually nicer than the photos, which is rare. It was very clean, easy check in, owner, Doris, was lovely. Friendly, warm, but not intrusive. I will definitely book again.

Suzanne is an absolutely brilliant host and a very kind human!! Staying with her was like staying with a favorite fun Aunt. She warmly greeted me and made me feel right at home. Very peaceful up in the Hills while also being close to many great spots. I highly recommend staying with Suzanne and little Madam, her adorable kitty.
