A fantastic apartment right by the seafront. A great location for literally everything! The property looks just like the advert and it felt homely and comfortable. Both Soraya and Matthew were amazing hosts and very very responsive and kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seafront bnb!

Anna's flat was perfect for our family reunion. Everything we needed was there. Parking was easy and we had a very relaxing stay.

Sam's place is a really amazing apartment and we had a lovely few days on the coast. We know the area quite well and have stayed in a few different places and this was definitely one of the best. the views from the living room and dining room make the place and are worth every penny. would recommend to others.

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

I booked The Osborne Retreat for my Mom to stay local in Warsash whilst she came to visit from Florida. The space was very clean, she had exclusive use, had all the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen plus fresh linen. Ample storage space and layout of the space made it feel larger. Great location across the road from a park and very close walk to the local shops! Clare was very communicative and made the whole stay very easy and relaxing.

Sadly, due to the hours I was working, I didn't have too many opportunities to use the enormous balcony and furniture, but on the few occasions I did, it was great looking out over the river and watching the sunset. Being there for a month, It was essential that I had somewhere homely and comfy, and this certainly was. There were other shocks too, like kitchen knives that were SHARP! Good selection of cooking equipment. Useful bits and pieces in the kitchen cupboards! Amazing! Hope it's still free in 2027!

Huge space, duplex home across two floors with large bedrooms, lounge and superb kitchen. Value for money was excellent considering it’s in the heart of Old Portsmouth. Perfect location!

We were extremely lucky to have found Olive House. Everything in the house are just perfect or even better than described. Kimberly the Host was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. We were greeted by a vase of beautiful roses and a box loaded with bread, jam, chocolates and chips and useful sightseeing information. There was even supply of fresh milk and butter in the fridge. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, including a bottle of cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, teabags and coffee pods. The appliances are like new. All very clean, modern and function perfectly. The coffee machine even comes with a milk frother! A B&O Bluetooth speaker stands by for us to use. The house is spotlessly clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. The kitchen, the living room and the en-suite bedroom all enjoy nice river views and we can see beautiful sunrise. It’s extremely quiet and we all had good sleep. I’d definitely recommend Olive House.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

I'd like to say from start to finish Thi communicated really well, the house was lovely and everyone that stayed with us said the same in that it felt homely and had everything thing that we could ask for, a home away from home. It was right next to the canal in Chichester with very easy access to the main town with plenty of shops tk visit. We wouldn't hesitate in booking Thi's home again. Plus the treats were very welcome, especially for our niece who stayed with us.

Corrine’s cottage is in an excellent location, very easy to get to the high street which has loads of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Inside the cottage it’s super lovely, comfy and clean. Hard to fault to be honest, we’ll definitely be choosing the same location if it’s available next time we go.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Watch House. The place was exactly as described and the location is unmatched, the kids loved being able to explore the beach right outside the door while we enjoyed the views. We’d love to come back again!

A lovely property, a little bit dated but well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great location, lovely views, right on the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby We had a delivery from Solent Tandoori which was lovely food at reasonable prices.

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.

This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and Katie's lovely apartment was the perfect base for exploring the island. It is comfortable, homely and clean with a small private garden, off road parking and is only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We visited as a couple but it would also be ideal for a young family. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Katie!

We had two night's in Chris' apartment. It was superb - in a very good position on the seafront. It was well equipped and Chris' instructions were very clear. The sun shone all the time! we had a great time.
