The studio has a shower room, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Minutes from Emsworth train station with links to London , Portsmouth, Chichester. There is parking on our drive, max height 7ft, large cars can be tricky to park, no other parking allowed in development. We are 0.5 miles from the Village.

On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

Easy access to loads of cycling routes, walks and just 15 minutes from Chichester by car with all its shopping, historic and arts attractions or Portsmouth's Dockyard and Gunwharf. Beaches at Hayling, Bracklesham and Wittering all within 30 min drive. Train station 10 min walk away.

It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
