The home has a unique location just a few meters from the Oslofjord and swimming opportunities. There is a short distance to Oscarsborg ferry rental - Sundbrygga, Badeparken and Drøbak city center. The home is located on historic grounds overlooking Oscarsborg. Right above the property is Kopåsbatteriet, a cannon position that participated in the protection of the German warship Blucher on April 9, 1940.
