You have a private entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the option to enjoy the seat outside in peace. (breakfast is provided free of charge by us)

Deventer is characterized by the cozy small streets, old buildings, boutique shops and many restaurants, all within walking distance.

Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Waschmaschine und Trockner (Nutzung gebührenpflichtig) sind vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Für längerfristiges Anmieten der Ferienwohnung gibt es einen Wochen- und Monatsrabatt.

Plenty of opportunities to stay privately outside the house. Our largely newly furnished apartment is located in the center of Lingen (Ems) on the edge of the pedestrian zone. It can accommodate up to 6 (in exceptional cases up to 8) people. It is fully equipped. Amenities such as an iron, dishwasher, coffee maker (Senseo) and clothes dryer are just as important as Wi-Fi access and smart TV. Duvets in comfort size 155x220cm.
