Woodland bungalow with lots of privacy

Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not in a holiday park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018 it was completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own grounds of 1100m2! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15 per person.

Mansion complete upper house (for groups)

(8-16 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the center of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, train station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upper house is more than half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. In a unique location near the city center of Emmen is apartment "De Uil". The luxury apartment is equipped with every comfort, it is spacious and bright. You have a private shed for your bikes. As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. Atmospheric studio located on agricultural estate

On a small-scale arable farm, this cozy studio with its own entrance is located. The studio includes a full kitchen, dining table, cozy sitting area and a double bed. A baby crib can be placed on request. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. Outside, there is a lovely seating area. A wonderful base to relax and unwind! There are also plenty of activities nearby. For example, Wildlands Adventure Zoo is 5 km away.

Space in beautiful location under a thatched roof, equipped with every luxury. Come and stay with us in front of the farm. We rent out two bedrooms with new box-spring beds. Furthermore, you will find a wonderful sauna next to the bathroom. The rooms and living space (>60m2) are equipped with separately adjustable airconditioners. Cot and chair on request. You can prepare breakfast yourself in the kitchen.

Guesthouse LiV - detached thatched house

Come and "live in Valthe" with us, enjoy our cozy guesthouse "Liv". The guesthouse was completely newly built in 2019 and is modernly furnished. It has its own terrace in the adjacent garden. All practical and luxurious things that you can expect as a guest are provided. You can park your car in front of the residence.

We offer a holiday apartment on 2 floors in the beautiful Hasetal. The location is ideal for long bike rides, canoe trips and many more. The house is located in the middle of a residential area with walking distance to forest and meadows. During the leisure activities, we are happy to provide our advice.
