Villa vacation rentals in Emirates

Great villa in a great residential location! Close to communal pool. Also close to Global Village and other smaller malls, around 25 min drive to downtown Dubai. Perfect for families. Very responsive host, clean and tidy villa!

The place was amazing . It has small community mall which has some good restaurants/ cafe and supermarket as well kids play and clinic and pharmacy . was served with pool and play area for kids The most attractive place in the city was the free access to the water park with a lot of activities . The access is to it is free but prior booking slut is mandatory . The hospitality was great and host was responsive always and helpful . They were flexible in rescheduling my check in date . The house is two floor with 3 bedrooms and two toilets/shower in first floor and pantry opening to small hall with 1/2 toilet . Overlooking small outside yard with seating. It has all kitchen items and washing machine with plenty of towels and sanitary The space I felt little tights for us especially that we have 4 kids . One observation is about the AC system it was centralized with one switch controller which mean u can’t control the temperature in each room . Thanks to smart house team

The place is excellent—clean, cozy, and well-located, making it easy to access anywhere. We had a great stay and no complaints about the property itself. However, we faced a last-minute check-out issue, which was stressful. Better communication on extensions would have made the experience perfect. Otherwise, a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb while transitioning between properties. The home was modern, spotless, and had everything our family needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re so grateful to the host for sharing their home with us—thank you!

We were a group of 6 people and it was great. Good location right on the palm, traffic can get quite a lot but you need to know when to leave the house. AC worked fine, the pool is shared but was always free and very nice with rather warm water. Lots of towels for the pool aswell. We had three cars and in the garage 2 fit but there was plenty of space outside too. Overall everything was very good.

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

I had rented the place as part of my daughter's wedding in Ajman.Stay was the least of my tensions as everything was so smooth and was Shireesh and the caretaker Jamal was always available for any requirements.Villa is so beautiful and with the lighting decorations it looked amazing beyond words.All the visitors loved the place.i stayed for 5 days and it was very comfortable and homely as well.Very good location to access different parts of the city ,yet in a quiet and private area.I would highly recommend the place for any family gatherings or small events too as there is a hall with excellent interior and sound system.Its also sound proof .Special note for Jamal who looks after the house with so much care .Super clean all the time.

As a frequent traveler to Dubai for business reasons I wanted to try a larger house this time and found this villa in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The photos online impressed me and my friends - our expectations were completely met when we were checked in by Lyn. The house is massive, spread over 3 floors with 2 living areas, large bedrooms (all en-suite), an additional kitchenette on top floor and lots of terraces to use in the morning or evening. Cool and practical design, all brand new furniture It was just the perfect place to work and to chill. The surrounding is very peaceful and green. Drive to Dubai Mall is 20 mins, a bit shorter to Marina, some cool breakfast places close by, delivery fast and easy. Cheene was a great host to communicate. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this villa for anyone.

I loved staying here! The common areas were perfect for working and lounging and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Dubai. I also met so many amazing people

It was really beautiful and well cleaned villa and with private driveway parking. very quite area and privacy. any issues Mr Hira always been helpful person 24/7. definitely recommending this place if anyone travelling to dubai best location if you need to travel dubai mall, Emirate mall, Jbr, marina, anywhere you need to travel only takes 20 to 25 mins drive. swimming pool only 4 to minutes walk away and really good and gym 24/7. stayed with family and kids for 14 days felt like home. and price is worth it. if any one need to book ride Mr Hira always provide this service aswell with tesla and good price. in my 14 days experience in dubai with family i will definitely saying Mr Hira thanks alot for everything and the best services and will definitely book this villa again.
