Evin konumu gerçekten harikaydı. Hem tasarımı hem de temizliği açısından oldukça etkileyiciydi. Banyo ve tuvaletin birlikte olması nedeniyle duş sonrası etrafa biraz su sıçrayabiliyor; bu yüzden yanınızda terlik bulundurmanız faydalı olabilir. Ayrıca, bina eski olduğundan ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil ve üst kattaki daireden zaman zaman ses gelebiliyor. Fakat bu bizim için rahatsız edici bir durum olmadı. Yine de sese karşı hassassanız bunu göz önünde bulundurmanız iyi olabilir. Ev sahipleri son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi, her sorumuza çok hızlı yanıt verdiler. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, tekrar tercih etmeyi mutlaka düşünürüz.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

My stay at this apartment in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful in every way! The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with modern, stylish decor. Its location is excellent — very close to Taksim Square and right in the heart of the city. The street is mostly flat with a slight uphill walk, but it was easy and not a problem at all. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Nihal and her family, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her communication felt more like family than just a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Turkey, I will definitely book with her again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and a warm, friendly host.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

Aksel Bey’in evi aynı fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi. 2+1 evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Akıllı ev sistemine sahip, yerden ısıtmalı, gayet konforlu bir daire. Aksel Bey çok nazik ve iletişim kurması kolay birisi. Maslak civarında konaklamanız gerekiyorsa gözü kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Tertemizdi. otopark problemi yoktu. O taraflarda konaklamam gerekirse yine aynı evde kalmak isterim. Teşekkürler

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

Böyle bir yer seçtiğimiz için kendimi çok şanslı hissediyorum . Gerçekten çok güzel bir ev . Mükemmel dekor edilmiş , Herşey kusursuz . Ev sahibi Burak kolay kolay unutulmayacak bir adam . Tek başına bir ordu diyebilirim. Onu heryerde görüyorsunuz . Lobi katında marketi var , restorantı var , ayrıca bina da masaj salonu da var . Burada çok sayıda evleri var. Bu adam herşeye yetişiyor ve herkese zaman ayırabiliyor . Açıkçası bir insanın işini bu kadar severek yaptığını ve bu kadar işkolik birini ilk defa gördüm. Ne zaman arasak Herşey de yardımcı oldu. Teşekkür ederiz gerçekten kusursuz bir konaklamaydı . Burak’ın çok tatlı bir babası var bu amca markette duruyor. Onu da çok sevdik 😊😊 Herşey için teşekkürler sevgili Burak . Great appartement and location, terrace is super nice but could do with little bit more care such as plants and furniture. otherwise really enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful apartment uphill from the heart of Balat. we stayed for 9 days so plenty of time to experience the neighborhood and the place. It was a pleasant place to stay. We didn't want to stay in the massively touristy areas and experience a little but of the local life and Balat is great for that. The place is set over 4 floors with very steep stairs. be very careful whilst coming down. luckily there's a toilet on each floor. It was comfortable, relatively quiet and safe. We travelled with cabin luggages so very grateful for the supplied shower gel and shampoo! We cooked a little and the kitchen is totally functional as is the washing machine ( although you'll need a but of Google lens translation to figure out the programmes!) Constructive criticism - could do with hooks for the towels in each bathroom and a couple more seats on the terrace. It was a really nice spot to have our breakfast and evening sundowner. Also, no TV unlike what is listed but good WiFi available.

Clean apartment with best view that you can find in entire Istanbul! Very responsive host. They helped us with luggage (which is a big thing), transportation (which was cheaper and more comfortable than at the airport, so I strongly recommend to arrange through them)! The location is not far from Galata port, Taksim and Galata( walking distance) There is one thing that you need to consider before booking; the entire area is up on a hill and you will have to walk the steps even to get to the cab. We had a stroller, kid and a disabled person and it was very challenging for us. But that’s not the host’s issue of course, but entire area.

Die Unterkunft lag sehr gut und wie beschrieben direkt am Galataturm auf den man abends auch einen schönen Blick vom Balkon aus hatte. Mehmet organisierte uns einen Transfer vom und zum Flughafen. Der Transfer war zwar nicht ganz günstig mit insgesamt 130€ aber es war sehr unkompliziert und zu empfehlen, wenn man das erste Mal in Istanbul ist und sich nicht auskennt. Die Kommunikation mit Mehmet war auch sehr freundlich und ich kann das Airbnb nur empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️
