Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! Out the back door is a patio area where you can enjoy the weather outside. I have a few AirBnBs in these townhouse. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other.
