House vacation rentals in Emerald Isle

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! It was spotless, well-stocked, and super comfortable. The location was perfect — just steps from both the pool and the beach. Nick was easy to work with and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The house exceeded our expectations. There is beach equipment/towels available for guests, along with a rise off area by the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked compared to other air bnbs I've stayed in. Check in/check out is super easy and the responsive hosts created a helpful guidebook to answer all questions and even included restaurant/activity recommendations. The walk to the beach access was much shorter than we thought from the map view, so this is a perfect location in vicinity to the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, all of the linens are high quality and cleaned very well. The mattresses and pillows were also extremely comfy! We've decided that Topsail will be our regular beach spot and we'll be staying here whenever possible!!

Joyce's home is absolutely wonderful!! She has worked so hard (and achieved) a comfortable, inviting space with every amenity you could think of and more! we were surprised to find a stocked coffee bar, beach essentials (even beach towels), and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Our family will definitely return to this beautiful home!

We (myself and 7 family members) stayed at Matthew’s for a wedding. The place slept the 8 of us comfortably and was gorgeous. We had a fantastic time and will be in contact again in the future!

Cannot say enough wonderful things to describe Melissa's attention to my family's every needs and questions. I don't do AIRBNB that often and Melissa was so immediate to any questions that we had. Melissa made my family's stay feel pampered and special. My wife and I came in from California to see our Daughters and Grandkids who live near Emerald Isle and we could not have had a better stay. The house was better than the pictures, especially the pool area with the palm tree vibe, we all felt like we were in the tropics. The family spent hours in and around the pool rather than time by the Ocean. The air conditioning during the incredible humidity made meals and down time absolutely the best. The inside space and decorations in each room was perfect. My wife was overjoyed with seeing our family and the house accommodations. Melissa and rental made this old soldier's vacation perfect. Such a beautiful place! So clean, modern, comfortable, and the PERFECT location. It was right beside the pool and right across from the beach access. Perfect for any vacation.

Our week at the beach was amazing! The house was a huge hit with the whole family. It gave all of us our own rooms and bathrooms, multiple areas of communal space. It was clean, well kept, and our host was very professional and responsive. We would highly recommend this perfectly located beach front home!

My family and I stayed here for about five days. I have three young boys and the bunk bedroom was absolutely great. We took full advantage of the outdoor pool and golf cart. Jessica was quick to answer any questions we had. Will be recommending to others!

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s place. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Having rented quite a few places in the Topsail/Surf City area, my wife and I agreed that this was a top favorite. Will certainly look here for future stays.

This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

The home was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach access. It was well-stocked with plenty of beach supplies, which our group of 8 really appreciated. Having an EV charger available was also a huge plus. The house had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Brian was very responsive and provided helpful information ahead of our trip.

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

Had an amazing stay! We had people ranging from 1-30 years old and everyone had a great time! Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk! We loved watching fireworks from the patio Thursday night!

Very nice house, very comfortable and very clean. Hut tub is awesome and the hostess great and very accommodating. I booked it late and she was very helpful to get in the place quickly. I highly recommend this house.

This is a great space for a couple and a pet. The studio was perfect for me and my husband and our fur baby! They have gates so he can go outside without wondering off. The patio area was wonderful for the evening rain we got at the beach to sit outside out of the rain. The hot tub was fantastic. And just a short walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back to studio by the sea.

We had a lovely stay in Cedar Point! Jennifer’s spot is great in itself and the perfect home base to explore the area.

We highly enjoyed “Isle Be at The Beach” The house had everything you’d need from washer/dryer, duo Keurig/coffee pot to every cooking utensil! This gave us the opportunity to cook a big meal and let our friends enjoy the home. Internet was very fast which is rare in many Air Bnb’s. Host Paige kept great communication with us and made us feel welcomed. No complaints. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you, Paige!

Wonderful girls weekend at the beach. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had ocean views. Spent most of our time lounging in the chairs on the decks!

This was PERFECT for a low key beach getaway. My elderly dog and I felt right at home. It’s around the corner to the beach, a short drive to groceries, and no stairs meant my old pup was in his happiest of places. If I can book this again, it will be top of my list!

This is such a beautiful space to stay! The views and house make your vacation feel luxurious and relaxing. The main space is open and inviting. The couches are plush and comfy, great for times spent chatting away or watching a movie. (Or a quick nap!) The kitchen is stunning and well stocked. It was easy to make meals together. The pots and pans are fantastic quality, as are the knives. The bathrooms are generally clean, and there’s one for every bedroom. Bedrooms are cozy and the master has an incredible view. There are lots of geese and ducks that come and play in the front canal. The golf cart was easy to access and use. We unfortunately were not able to use the kayaks because how sludgey it was at the kayak launch/neighborhood dock. Definitely check the conditions before pulling out the kayaks! Overall, this is an incredible home and we absolutely loved our time here. Would love to come again!

This was a very nice home with easy access to the beach. Several local Spots to eat close by as well. The home was super clean with comfortable beds and good linens. Preston was very responsive to my messages and flexible. I would highly recommend his home.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was just as described and had many conveniences to make our stay comfortable (newer appliances, comfortable linens/bed, toiletries, beach items, etc.). The location was great, a quick 5 minute walk to the closest public beach access. The outdoor shower made cleanup from the beach easy. We had a great week and hope to stay again in the future!
