Quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and Red River valley Parks

Our stay was excellent. We felt right at home and it was very cosy and comfortable. It had everything we needed!

Beautiful weekend! The house was perfect — clean, well-stocked, a large table for family meals, a grill and a Blackstone, fire pit, fire table, pool table, bar, sound system, and a large deck with the most gorgeous views of the lake!! The hosts were awesome! Great communication, easy check-in, and they even offered to let us arrive early. They gave us good recommendations for dinner and some things to do in the area. We made many happy memories — would definitely recommend staying at Little Earth Lodge!

We loved staying at Emily's listing. She had snacks ready for us when we walked in the door and the place was stunning. Super clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here while my daughter competed during the Mrs North Dakota Pageant in Grand Forks, the hotel the pageant had a room block at had sold out and we were considering bringing our dogs (which we couldn’t do at the hotel) so this gave us flexibility. While we weren’t in the home much during the day as we were at rehearsals, it was a relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day. The echo devices were nice to just listen to music. There is a nice front and back porch although it was too chilly for us to enjoy them. The home has a certain charm about it and I felt like I was visiting my grandparents (and not in a bad way). The beds were comfortable as well as the sitting furniture. The front room also provided yoga mats and hula hoops for anyone who wanted to do yoga- something my friend enjoyed. We didn’t cook at the home but supplies were provided. The bathroom provided essentials so we didn’t have to remember to bring them. The washer and dryer nice to have!

Seans place was a wonderful place to stay. It had lots of "extras" that made you fell at home. My 85 and 86 year old parents stayed with us and they loved the nightlights and motion lights on the steps. There were lots of outlets in the house. The beds were very comfortable. Sean was very quick with responding. There were lots of appliances in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again when we are visiting my brother and his family that live in Thief River Falls. Beautiful view of the river. Thank you Sean.
