The cabin contains 4 bedrooms, loft living room, open living room-kitchen solution, (living room has high ceiling, large bathroom with infrared sauna, private toilet room, laundry room, hallway. Large terrace with exit from the living room. Kitchen is richly equipped with dishwasher. The cabin has a year-round road, the road goes all the way to the cabin wall. Parking space for 4 cars. Relax with the whole family in this practical cabin. There are several hiking opportunities in the area. Swimming in Damtjenna (approx. 350 m), hike up to Gapahuken at Gjøversaltjenna (approx. 1.5 km road/trail) or top hike to Gjøversalen at 664 m above sea level (partly trail) In winter there are nice ski slopes right outside the cabin. (skisporet.no) The entire plot is fenced which makes it convenient with a dog. There is a toll road with automatic sign reading up to the cabin, but 1 car can be included in the rent if you send registration number in advance.

Canoe and nintendo switch available. There is no Wi-Fi, but good 4G and 5G coverage. Very good sun conditions - summer and winter. Charcoal grill can be found on the terrace and fire pit for pleasant evenings stand by the view.

Stabburet is located at Brøttem Gård in Klæbu, Trondheim Municipality. The location is rural (by Selbusjøen and Brungmarka) and excellent for day trips in the countryside both on foot and on skis. Jetty is available at Selbusjøen in summer. From here you can paddle in a kayak/canoe or row a trip. The farm is close to Gjenvollhytta and Langmyra ski resort if you want to go skiing on groomed slopes. Day trips to Kråkfjellet and Rensfjellet are possible. Vassfjellet is 10 min away and only 30 min to Trondheim :)

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
