Liebevoll eingerichtete Privatunterkunft in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage im Herzen der Hallertau! Das geräumige Loft für zwei bis drei Erwachsene bzw. zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder verfügt über ein Doppelbett (1,60x2m) und eine Schlafcouch (1,45x2m). Ein eigenes Bad, das momentan mit einem Vorhang abgegrenzt ist und eine gut ausgestattete Küche sind vorhanden. Das Apartment liegt im 1. OG und ist über einen eigenen Eingang zu erreichen. Ein Balkon ist vorhanden. Haustiere sind willkommen!

Liebe Durchreisende, in meiner Unterkunft können bis zu 7 bis 8 Leute nächtigen. Die angebotene Wohnung hat in ihrem Erdgeschoss eine Küche mit sämtlichen Geschirr, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, eine Sitzgruppe mit Fernseher, Betten und einen kleinen Esszimmerbereich. Diese kleine 1 Zimmerwohnung mit Küche und Bad, alles behindertenfreundlich und mit Rollstuhl zugänglich, liegt in der Holledau. Auf unserem Hof laufen Tiere und Kinder herum. Ansonsten ist es recht ruhig durch die Alleinlage. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und eine kleine Terrasse mit viel Grün zum Spazierengehen. Auch Haustiere sind gegen Aufpreis (€ 15,00) herzlich willkommen. Tagsüber kann man die Hunde in der Pension nebenan abgeben (vorher anmelden)

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

In the heart of the Hallertau

Friendly one room apartment, in a quiet area. The apartment can be used by up to 4 people. The place is perfectly located to do day trips by bike or car. It´s easy and fast to get to bigger cities by car. You although can just enjoy the area in the middle of the Hallertau, in between the hop gardens. The apartment is located on a nice agricultural farm with a Bavarian restaurant. Breakfast can be served with an additional fee.
