A special shower experience awaits in the beach house or, starting in the fall, in the separate "Wäschhüsli" basement. The dry toilet is right in the tiny house. You will live in a part of the house with your own entrance, small living room, kitchen and bathroom for your own use. So you have a lot of privacy. The bedroom is on the 1st floor, where there are also a few rooms and the owner's office. You don't have a completely closed apartment. Please no smoking. There are cats in the house. There is a parking space. All in a quiet garden neighborhood with lots of birds. In summer, use the garden seating. For 2 people, only for a short time 3 people.

Elsau is located on the city border to Winterthur. Rural and yet close to the city. Visit Winterthur with its cafés, museums, the Technorama or the music festivals! Zurich can be reached in 30 minutes by train and car. The same applies to the Rhine Falls or the border with Germany and Austria. The property has its own entrance and parking space, and is close to the bus or train stop. In summer, the in-house pool can be used by arrangement. Baby crib by arrangement.
