Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

My 32' vintage, custom-built Airstream is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. This trailer feels like it's parked in a national forest, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Covered parking is removed from the road and secure. Come spend a couple of days among the trees! At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.
