Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

Ratzeburg am Biotop

You will be staying in an energy self-sufficient passive house built in 2015. The energy comes only from the sun in summer. Arrival also by bus from Hamburg Wandsbek directly to Ratzeburg or by the Hamburg Transport Association local transport via Büchen/Mölln with a large-area ticket ABCDE. Alternatively, regional train from Kiel via Lübeck to Ratzeburg. The bus stops 3 minutes' walk from the senior citizens' residence.

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
