A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Studio, own access, self contained.

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

We are 12 mins walk from Sunbury Main line train station with trains direct to London or short bus ride to Feltham station with fast trains to London Waterloo. Close to Heathrow airport, Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, Twickenham, BP village. 10 minutes walk from the village with good pubs and restaurants. Walking distance to Kempton Park.
