This Yurt was very relaxing and so fun. We came for a calm anniversary vacation and we got just that. Although it would get pretty warm during the day it was still an amazing place. We spent our days exploring near by town or playing board games/puzzles. Our puppy got to see lots of wildlife and have a fun adventure. All around the yurt was a great place and would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house—truly the best Airbnb my family has ever stayed at! The property was peaceful and absolutely stunning, with incredible views and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. We brought our jet ski and had an amazing time out on the water, which made the experience even more special. Griffin was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and always kept us up to date throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and it’s clear he takes great pride in maintaining the house. Everything was spotless and well cared for, making our time there relaxing and memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved staying here for our honeymoon! Very private and had the most beautiful lake view we have ever seen. We felt relaxed and comfortable. There’s a lot of attention to detail and the airbnb had everything we needed and some extra goodies as well! We couldn’t recommend this place enough, thank you for having us!

Alex provided a small house, consisting of one bedroom with a queen bed and a full private bathroom in the hallway. There is also a comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen and laundry in the house. He has a strong heater and an air conditioner/dehumidifier unit. The place is spotless. Also on the property is a separate small dry/wet sauna, and a separate yoga studio. The design and aesthetics are quite calm and relaxing. The property is part of a large development alongside the southern portion of Lake Cushman, and you a provided a pass to use the private parks and docks in this neighborhood. The house is about 20 minutes away from the Staircase portion of Olympic National Park, and is about 7 minutes from the town of Hoodsport, which has a nice grocery store. There is a detailed instruction manual in the house, which is helpful to figure out how to operate some of the amenities. Alex was immediately responsive to questions. Overall, an amazing place.

Waking up and seeing the mountain across the inlet with the sun shining and deer walking by is an experience like no other! The cabin was peaceful, beautifully appointed, and private without being inaccessible. Wendy is a fantastic host with great communication skills and super proactive . She brought extra supplies without being asked and gave perfect recommendations for sightseeing and meals. You won’t find a kinder host! The place is a lovely size for two with a full kitchen and extremely comfortable bed. There’s a deck and fire pit and anything else you might want for indoor or outdoor relaxation. That said, the place needs a deep clean. It’s everyday clean , but we sent a list of issues with kitchen and bathroom. Nothing super major and might have been fine for a shorter stay and she did offer to become and re clean, but I’d already cleaned . As she had a long contract with penalties for misplacing garbage and other warnings about cleanliness I expected a spotless space.

I feel it’s really difficult to describe in words the feeling of this place - everything was PERFECT. So perfectly thought of, there is not a single thing Carrie hasn’t thought of - the place has everything you need (and more)! I didn’t feel like leaving the place, the view is beyond words. To top that, every inch of this place is filled with quality stuff starting from the throws, the sofas, the recliners, the coffee (even the ultra soft charmin tp! I have hardly found Bnbs which have so thoughtfully prioritized even the smallest of things). Huge fan of the decor, the hot tub and the swing! Plus, loved that Carrie was our host - she was super responsive, proactive, helpful, friendly and communicative. We were a bit hesitant about the grill and she sent over someone in 30 mins to take a look just for our satisfaction. We hated to leave the place, and I wished we could extend so she also did a late checkout for us. It’s soo worth it! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!

The house was beautifully remodeled and the kitchen utensils were very well stocked. Gail was extremely helpful with local recommendations, and was great to get along with. I would highly recommend staying there!

Such a peaceful gem! We loved the water views and access, the firepit, the art supplies, and having a cozy space to unwind and unplug. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks!
