Lovely separate space —super quiet. Sweet quiet family in adjoining home. Chickens in the back made us feel like we were well into the mountainside of Virginia (says the woman from NYC).. Beautiful views out the back. It’s a great respite for two weary bicyclists. I would absolute recommend it.

Place was exactly as described and was perfect for our weekend visit with family in Blacksburg. Had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

I stayed here during our house remodel. I really appreciated having the kitchen, and it was very well-stocked with utensils. If you’ve used Airbnb kitchens you know they can be sparse, but Theresa’s had anything I needed! The area was very clean too, and not scented, which I appreciated since I am sensitive to fragrance. I was able to use my home laundry so it wasn’t a trouble to not have the laundry. It was a little cool when I was there but the space heater kept it comfortable. The shower was also very comfortable and was quite hot. If you have a lot to move in, it can be tedious to carry stuff in and out since you have to walk around the outside of house to the basement but Theresa let me use the driveway for that, so it helped. I had a great stay here, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Giulia has a very nice apartment that was clean with plenty of room. Although close to town, there is a remote feel as the house is surrounded by woods - a definite plus for me.
